Roles and Responsibilities:
· Fundraising including PE, QIP, IPO, Bonds, ECB, Term Loans & Structured Finance across the globe.
· Commercial negotiation for financing terms, loan documentation, placements, acquisitions and investments.
· Financial evaluation in respect of bidding for new projects.
· Initial, quarterly and annual due diligence for structured and regular credit rating.
· Effective monitoring, optimum utilization and investment of funds.
· Review and implementation of periodic cash budget.
· Periodic review of finance cost and its optimization.
· Planning utilization of non-fund based facilities.
· Relationship management with the banking and investor community.
· Project financing including refinancing/ restructuring of loans from FI and banks.
· Valuation and financial modeling for M&A, Joint Venture, financial reporting, portfolio valuation
· Performing asset or company valuation through various valuation such as Discounted cash flow (DCF), Comparable Company, Comparable transaction, NPV valuation methods or SOTP methods
· Valuation of intangible assets and goodwill impairment analysis
· Built comprehensive financial model after understanding RFPs
· Performing IRR and NPV analysis, sensitivity analysis and scenario modeling for assessing financial viability of projects
· M&A BD activities including Target search, Benchmarking, Secondary research and company profiling.
· Preparation of reference materials such as Treasury MIS, presentations, board notes, etc for decision making by senior management, investor and board of directors.
· Preparation / review of periodic compliances / reporting’s with the lenders / credit rating agencies such as FFR / QIS, Stock Statement, UFCE, NDS, undertakings / declarations, etc.

· Develop safety manuals with various safety procedures and standards that are to be followed at Ramky in consultation with the Head R&D, QA & Safety
· Conduct periodic safety training sessions for Ramky team and external contractor teams on safety procedures and standards.
· Assess the safety risks involved in any phase of the project and take proactive measures to ensure safety of resources involved in the implementation of the project phase
· Conduct field inspection activities as per approved inspection and test plans and escalate any deviations from safety standards to the Head R&D, QA and Safety.
· Ensure the timely implementation of corrective action proposed by the Head Safety on the safety
· Deviation cases.
· Facilitate the safety audits by the internal audit / designated audit committees
· Implement an occupational health & safety management system during the execution of projects & ensure elimination of accidents
· Manage the local pollution, effluents (solid, liquid and gas) from the facility within permissible limits
· Identify potential risk and accident areas and ensure proper warnings are displayed at these site areas
· Monitor the project execution activities to identify potential hazards and take steps to eliminate the same
· Establish a disaster recovery mechanism in case of hazards and emergency to minimize the impact
Desired Qualification:
· Minimum graduate in engineering or post-graduate in science with Safety certification from a reputed institute.
· Having a qualification in chemical engineering / science is preferred.
· Minimum 15 years or above work experience in OH&S is mandatory.
· Experience in the chemical industry, dealing with chemicals, knowledge on chemical compatibility, Hazard & Risk management are essentially desirable.
· Experience as overall leader for safety at corporate reporting to senior management at corporate driving the various safety leads and the entire safety system is essential
