UI Designer

The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the sales team, contributing to the achievement of sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, managing sales records, and assisting with various sales-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Support:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Order Processing and Administration:
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Generate sales reports and summaries.
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery.
• Sales Team Support:
• Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks.
• Prepare sales presentations and marketing materials.
• Coordinate sales meetings and appointments.
• Manage sales-related correspondence.
• Assist with sales events and promotions.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Assist with stock checks and inventory audits.
• Ensure adequate stock levels for sales activities.
• Data Entry and Reporting:
• Accurately enter sales data into CRM systems.
• Generate regular sales reports and analyses.
• Maintain organized sales files and records.
• Communication:
• Communicate effectively with sales team members and other departments.
• Relay important information to sales representatives.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our API Services.
• Prepare customized reports for clients using SQL queries to extract information from database.
• Perform API integration in third-party applications.
• Run APIs in Postman / Unix command line to re-produce error conditions
• Document and track customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in PHP development or Technical Support role.
• Strong knowledge of API integration and testing.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• 7+ years of full-time iOS engineering experience with strong expertise in React Native and deep understanding of iOS SDK.
• Proficient in object oriented programming, multithreading, networking, memory management and source control management (git).
• Strong focus on building high-quality mobile UI experiences. Passion about delivering software that delights our end users.
• Proficiency with UI/UX paradigms to build elegant user experiences.
• Experience working with product management and design teams.
• Strong written, verbal communication skills; ability to influence others within your team and outside your team.
• Experience in testing and deploying scalable mobile applications.
• Experience analyzing a feature in production using analytics and experiments.
