We have opening for Executive Personal Assistant for a Restaurant chain in Hadapsar

Experience : 0 to 2 years ( Fresher with good communication apply)

Role :

Planning, scheduling & coordinating appointments & meetings, providing

reminders, maintaining & updating diary of daily commitments & weekly

calendar on a proactive basis.

 Interacting with & rendering assistance to select HNI & VIP customers,

coordinating certain critical Outdoor Catering & party Orders, VIP

reservations, etc.

 Receiving calls, taking messages, screening & prioritizing calls & mails.

 Taking down dictations & appropriately drafting data points &

correspondences, proactively responding to queries received through

calls/mails based on feedback & preferences conveyed by the Chairman.

 Preparing, editing & compiling agendas, minutes, correspondences &

presentations.

 Organizing & maintaining files, documents as well as other office records,

both offline & online, preserving & safeguarding confidential data &

documents in an efficient manner.

 Making travel arrangements (ticketing, hotel reservations, etc.) on behalf of

the Chairman & other senior executives, coordinating with outstation visitors

& proactively looking after their boarding & lodging arrangements, based on

preferences conveyed by the Chairman.

 Undertaking primary as well as secondary research & accordingly, developing

briefs, reports & presentations as per pre-determined timelines.

 Proactively observing & recording various discussions/conversations

undertaken by the Chairman from time to time & accordingly, framing action

plans.

 Managing communication pertaining to projects, new launches as well as

other such expansion & diversification undertakings that directly come under

the purview of the Chairman.

 Imparting induction & training to select employees hired for functions that are

directly or indirectly associated to those of the Chairman’s office.

 Coordinating with outstations suppliers & vendors (China, Italy, etc.)

quotations, purchase orders, purchase/ delivery Payment’s.

 Responding to various inquiries - internal as well as external, acting as a point

of contact between the Chairman& other employees, tracking the work plan

allocated to certain employees by the Chairman& monitoring timelines with

regard to the same.

 Organizing & maintaining files, documents as well as other office records,

both offline & online, preserving & safeguarding confidential data &

documents in an efficient manner.

 Negotiating with various suppliers, vendors & contractors, receiving

competitive quotations, making comparisons, making purchases of materials

& supplies based on feedback received from the Chairman.

 all coordination pertaining to maintenance, upkeep & repairs of corporate as

well as outlet & store infrastructure (on a case to case basis), as per directions

& preferences issued by the Chairman from time to time.

 Undertaking primary as well as secondary research & accordingly, developing

What you'll do:

• Mandatory - Experience & hands-on experience in setting up, optimizing, and securing analytical distributed data sources such as ClickHouse, Druid, or similar distributed database systems. Intermidiate DBA skills required.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters for our microservices architecture.
• Utilize Git and Helm for version control and deployment management.
• Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Work on continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration.
• Manage and optimize AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, and AWS CDN.
• Maintain and optimize MySQL databases, Airflow, and Redis instances.
• Write automation scripts in Bash or Python for system administration tasks.
• Perform Linux administration tasks and troubleshoot system issues.
• Utilize Ansible and Terraform for configuration management and infrastructure as code.
• Demonstrate knowledge of networking and load-balancing principles.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications meet reliability and performance standards.

Additional Skills (Good to Know):

• Familiarity with ClickHouse and Druid for data storage and analytics.
• Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration.
• Basic understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and data center operations.

Who you are:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer role or similar.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes, Git, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, CI/CD, Docker, and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, MySQL, Airflow, Redis, AWS CDN.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Linux administration.
• Familiarity with Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Understanding of networking principles and load balancing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and any gaps.

● Lead the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment for Workday PSA projects.

● Showcase deep expertise in the Workday Financial domain.

● Understand impacts of changes to configuration and be good at troubleshooting issues with Invoicing.

● Help clients map legacy and Workday data and be in data conversions using EIB's.

● Utilize business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement.

● Work with colleagues across various domains to deliver results and take ownership of both individual and team outcomes.

Qualification & Experience:

● At least 3 years of experience in Workday Financials.

● Prior experience implementing PSA in a large organization with complex structure.

● Experience supporting PSA including Projects, Project Billing, and Customer Contracts is a big plus.

● Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

● Good knowledge of configuring Workday Financials security. ● Basic understanding of Workday Finance and PSA reporting.

● Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Proven ability to establish relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.

● Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

3-6 years of experience in Functional testing with good foundation in technical expertise.

Experience in Capital Markets domain is MUST.

Exposure to API testing tools like SoapUI and Postman.

Well versed with SQL

Hands on experience in debugging issues using Unix commands.

Basic understanding of XML and JSON structures

Knowledge of Finesse is good to have

• Good understanding and experience of HTML / CSS / JavaScript.
