We are looking for programmers with a keen eye for design for the position of front end developer. Front end developers are responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties.

Front end developers are required to work in teams alongside back end developers, graphic designers, and user experience designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills Required: Angular,React, Javascript, HTML/CSS

• Determining the structure and design of web pages.
• Ensuring user experience determines design choices.

• Degree in computer science or related field.
• Understanding of key design principles.

• 1-3 years of experience or training received as a Software Tester for web and mobile applications or similar roles. #software testing
• Good knowledge of Test case preparation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills to present findings to team members.
• Analyze client requirements for validity and feasibility
• Good logical thinking
• Execute all levels of testing - Software Tester - Manual testing
• Detect and track defects and inconsistencies

Role : React JS Developer 

• 3-5 years of experience as a React JS developer. 
• Must have Working Experience in a product based organization at least 18 months.
• Good Communication skills must. 
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model 
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles 
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) ● Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
• Experience with HTML,CSS, Bootstrap and UI Design 
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs 
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token ● Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools 
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. 
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements 
• Familiarity with code versioning tools {such as Git} 

Job Details: 

• Three plus years of experience in IT systems analysis and application program development
• Experience in an Object Oriented Programming language such as Java is a must
• The candidate must be a hands-on coder doing active development
• Extensive experience programming in Java Application Development & RESTful API
• Experience in AWS Cloud technologies is optional but good to have
• Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, workflows, and design patterns

• Bridging the gap between end-users and business team
• Gap Analysis for the entire process life cycle to streamline the TAT
• Data Analysis for the marketing campaigns, loan disbursement and ad-hoc search engine optimization lead management
• Liasioning with the customer service team to help resolve any borrower queries
• Working with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Operations Teams to facilitate a smooth working between the stakeholders in all modes of communication

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation from Tier- 1/Tier- 2 institute
• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a multi-stakeholder environment building relationships with internal and external stakeholders in fin-techs, banking, or broader financial services
• Experience in data analysis (Dashboards)
• Good problem articulation & problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Good presentation and communications skill    

• To appoint Block Sales Manager in their respective Districts.
• To manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• To supervise sales team members on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
• To identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team.
• To work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
• To assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
• To conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
