ETL Support

Looking for a seasoned technology leader to head the tech division of our software services company. This is the senior-most technology role, responsible for delivery excellence, architecture, and team leadership across multiple client projects.

• Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
• Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
• Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
• Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
• Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action
• Must be comfortable with onsite shift

• Ideate & gather requirements from key stakeholders for new product development, including enhancement of the existing products.
• Create, maintain, and monitor product management processes to ensure excellence in execution during product development.
• Drive Product development/projects from inception to completion, identifying and managing risks, while navigating hurdles and resolving issues in real time to successfully complete projects on time.
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
• Continually evolve the project management process to ensure optimal efficiency and timeliness.
• Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with the engineering teams/ external partners by defining joint roadmaps and managing multiple product development workflows simultaneously.
• Business Analyst (Agile), product management life cycle, sprint ceremonies, Backlog refinement

Ideal Candidate should have:

• 5+ years of experience; 2+ years as a product owner
• A Masters Degree (B.Tech+MBA is preferred)
• Strong experience in agile product development. A certification (Scrum/SAfe/PO) is preferred 
• Expertise in Business documentation &translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Extensive experience working in a scrum/Kanban environment
• Extensive experience defining agile requirements (Epics/stories), including functional and technical in a product/services organization
• Experience with Project Management Tool such as AzureDevOps/Jira

Job Summary:

Eligibility:

– 4+ years of experience with hands-on experience in Core Java/Kotlin

– 2+ years of experience as a technical architect with responsibility for core features 

– 4+ years of working experience in cloud-based systems

– 2+ years of experience working on distributed systems

– 2+ years of experience working on Kafka and Zookeeper

– Experience working on RxJava/ Reactive Programming

– Adept on design patterns and distributed systems

– Excellent verbal and written communication

– Proficient in building REST APIs to interact with relational and non-relational data sources

– Proficient in SQL and RDBMS

– Hands on experience in code and system optimization

– Experience in working with NoSQL databases is a plus
