Job Description: One of the primary responsibilities of HR Manager at Ayopop will be to find and help hire the best talent for our organization. In additional to this, he/she has to manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Office. Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruiting plans. Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals. Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives. Administrative duties and recordkeeping. performance management and improvement systems; organization development; employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting; employee orientation, development, and training; policy development and documentation; employee relations; About Ayopop: Ayopop is Indonesia's leading stand alone Bill Payments platform.
