We're hiring a Software Development Engineer to build the systems that keep real-world operations running - from customer-facing products to the internal tools field teams rely on every morning. What you'll do

• Design, build, and ship across the stack: backend services, APIs, mobile and web field apps, and operational dashboards
• Build the systems that run daily operations: deployment, attendance, check-in/check-out, work verification, and issue resolution
• Make products work where the network doesn't — offline-first and vernacular-first experiences built for field-heavy, low-connectivity conditions
• Own features end to end, from design discussions to deployment to on-call
• Work shoulder to shoulder with Product, Ops, and field users to solve what's actually happening on the ground
• Contribute to the data pipelines and analytics that power planning, forecasting, and unit economics

What we're looking for

• 2–7 years building and shipping production software
• Comfortable across the stack, or deep in one area and eager to stretch
• A strong ownership mindset — you ship, you debug production issues at odd hours, and you care whether it actually works for the user
• Pragmatic with trade-offs, able to balance speed against quality without losing either

Job Role : Financial Planning And Analysis

- Reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts including Cash and Bank accounts and other Sub-ledger Accounts as required.

- Identify, research, analyze & resolve the reconciling items on the accounts reconciled

- Prepare and organize supporting documentation for reconciliations.

- Perform Account-related system tasks such as report generation and data management

- Prepare reconciliation-related journal entries and enter in SAP GL.

- Develop new methods or approaches to facilitate more effective performance of prescribed responsibilities.

- Effectively communicate independently with all the stake holders including US Managers / counterparts.

- Effective team player ensuring the team goals are achieved through collaboration

- Ability to Prioritize & multi task successfully to ensure meeting challenging deadlines of various activities.

Must & Good to have Skills

• Candidates with strong experience in financial analysis, reporting, and finance support related to IT/technology procurement
• The ideal profile should have hands-on expertise in budgeting, stakeholder management, SAP reconciliations, dashboarding, and strategic reporting
• Relevant experience in financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, and working on insurance applications as per regulatory guidelines will be preferred
• Key skills/tools: Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Variance Analysis, P&L Management, Stakeholder Management, Power BI, SAP Ariba, ServiceNow SPM, MS Excel, Celonis, Agile, and Scrum.

• Required minimum 1 year of Experience.
• Experience on Engine Versions: Unreal Engine 4.27, 5, and above
• Expertise in both Blueprints and C++
• Ability to build scalable and modular gameplay systems
• Nice understanding of core gameplay architecture
• Experience working with UMGs
• Ability to optimize performance for PC and console platforms
• Familiar with game loop architecture, tick handling, and event-driven programming
• Capable of writing clean, maintainable, and modular code
• Experienced in debugging, profiling, and performance analysis
• Familiar with code versioning tools like Git, Perforce, SVN, or Plastic SCM
• Ability to integrate and test third-party plugins or systems
• Passionate about learning and implementing new Unreal Engine features
• Able to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams

• Basic understanding of shader graphs and material system (preferred)

Possess Extensive Experience working with Spring frameworks including Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security and Spring Integration.

Experience developing hybris web-based, e- commerce applications in a project-based environment.

Expertise in Core Java, web technologies like J2EE, JPA, JDBC, JSP, Hibernate, Servlets, JMS, Web Services(SOAP, WSDL, REST, JAX-WS, JAX- RS), JavaScript, Java Beans, Log4j, CSS, JUnit, Batch Programming, Unix shell scripting and Oracle.

JSTL and AJAX.

• Possess Extensive Experience working with Data Hub and ImpEx scripts to integrate hybris with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Possess Hands-On experience with hybris ServiceLayer, DAOs, ModelService ,Interceptors, hybris workflow modelling, Order Management Service APIs.
• Possess good knowledge of design patterns and software development best practices
