Role & responsibilities

• Calling leads received in our sales funnel - 8th-12th Students, Parents, College Graduates, Working Professionals
• Understanding their top career challenges and introducing the most relevant solutions from the Mentoria suite of #CareerReady products
• Moving clients down the sales funnel to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
• Educating customers on the importance of career guidance and mentorship
• Profitable revenue growth through upselling and referrals

Requirements:

• We are looking for young Dynamic who got a Flair for Marketing and Bidding.
• Good in communication skills and good emailing etiquette.
• Extensive experience in Cold Calling and Lead generation for International Markets such as US / UK / Europe.
• Should have an experience to bring IT services Projects.

Job Description.

- Will be involved in Client Acquisition.

- Needs to do cold calls and generate leads.

- Identify the potential prospects and work accordingly by prioritising the tasks.

- Responsible for sales target.

-Build Client relationship professionally and have a good rapport.

- Will have to bring in New clients who have Recruitment and Staffing Requirements to THB. 
- Should have the ability to contact & speak to the HR Heads of Organizations and give them an introduction about THB. 
- Should convince Clients to give their requirements on a regular basis & maintain a good rapport with the client.
- Should ideally interact with the HR Heads (Director, VP, HR Head, Talent Acquisition Head, Recruitment Head, Managers etc) in these organizations
- Excellent Communication & Convincing ability required. 

- If needed promoting and selling THB concepts and Software Products.

- 75% field work(Cold calls, Meetings demos etc) and 25% office works(Follow-ups, proposals closures etc)
