Probation Period: 2 Months CTC during probation period: ₹25,000/month CTC post probation period: ₹ 7 lacs(fixed) + ₹ 3 lacs(variable)

Role: Business Development Associate - Inside Sales
Location: Bengaluru
CTC during probation period: ₹25,000/month CTC post probation period: ₹ 5 lacs(fixed) + ₹ 2 lacs(variable)
Note: This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment. You will be working 5 days a week with Mondays and Tuesdays being week-off.

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Stockist/Super stockist.
• Develop Local sales strategies for market penetration for Domestic and International Tours.
• Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification.
• Build new client’s database of Retail and Corporate Clients.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns and services that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Expanding business in the given territory.
• Promote the company's products/ services.

• Contact leads over phone or email and convert them to the paid version of software
• Help customers with their queries related to the application
• Conduct online demos over Zoom
• Conduct periodic webinars 
• Generate new international leads on Linkedin
• Generate leads using social networks like Quora
• Prepare sales reports
  
  
  

• Can write professional emails in English
• Have a degree in commerce 
• Have good understanding of lead generation
• Can work from Pune office

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of experience working in sales, marketing, and/or consulting.
• Experience leading sales organizations and delivering business performance.
• People management experience.
• Lead, grow, and coach a team of business development consultants with great sales leadership and culture of performance. Provide leadership, inspiration, mentorship, and career development to members of your team.
• Work closely with the team to uncover and identify growth opportunities via understanding clients’ business models and objectives. Coach team to serve as trusted advisors to deliver best solutions, solving clients’ business challenges and cultivating relationships with clients’ executives through in-person and phone based meetings and other communication channels.
• Lead strategic planning and projects to identify key growth opportunities in the Indian market, including quantitative analysis, industry research, and defining go-to-market plans.
• Drive exceptional collaboration across internal partner teams and leadership critical to your team’s success, building alignment and maximizing joint impact of teams toward common goals of great customer experience and sustainable business growth.

Qualification : 12^th completed, degree.
