NLP Software Developer

 

Gnani.ai is looking to hire software developers with 0 to 2+ Years of experience, with a keen interest in designing and developing chat and voice bots. We are looking for an Engineer who can work with us in developing an NLP framework if you have the below skill set

 

Requirements :

• Proficient knowledge of Python
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / SVN.
• Good knowledge of algorithms to find and implement tools for NLP tasks
• Knowledge of NLP libraries and frameworks
• Understanding of text representation techniques, algorithms, statistics
• Syntactic & Semantic Parsing
• Knowledge/work experience on No-SQL database Mongo.
• Good knowledge of Docker container technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead the Sheeva product teams in implementing and onboarding new applications and use cases in the Sheeva cloud platform.

- Design and develop data architectures and use cases based on market needs.

- Lead the development of web-based dashboards, mobile applications, and API integrations for new use cases, linked to the Sheeva telematics algorithms.

- Manage third-party contractors involved in design and development of dashboards, mobile apps, and other technical products.

- Oversee the development of API documentation and manuals.

- Interact with Sheeva sales and business development teams to identify the client needs, their feasibility and implementation guidelines.

- Participate in client meetings when necessary.

- Support customer API integration processes and technical onboarding.

REQUIREMENTS :

- 5+ experience building and creating SaaS ecosystems with complex architecture and multiple elements.

- The technical skills and experience to become a specialist on Sheeva's products, to map those products to customers' needs, and to craft and construct solutions to fill those needs.

- Experience building complex API architectures, documentation, and integrations with multiple enterprise clients across various industries.

- Database and service architecture experience, especially SQL.

- Managerial experience leading a motivated international team of developers and data scientists, both front-end and back-end.

- Ability to code rapidly and efficiently in various tech stacks.

- The consulting skills to thrive as the face of Sheeva Services in front of Customers' executives and engineers alike, leading discovery, whiteboarding, and pair coding sessions.

- A background in contactless payments and/or app's technology is a plus.

- Proven attention to detail through prior work or life experience.

- Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities.

- Comfortable with a minimal amount of direction but high expectations.

Job Description
The Customer Support Associate works within a team of technical support professionals aimed at delivering technical solutions for
Commvault’s customer base. This customer base has a wide range of technical ability and this role has no ceiling, you will own an issue
from initial pick-up all the way to working with the development team on identifying a possible solution. This position is part of our Client
Support group in our Customer Support Center. This is an excellent opportunity for innovative and collaborative technologists to join a

Position Responsibilities include:
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex support problems
• Troubleshoot customer issues using remote desktop software

• Networking and troubleshooting connectivity, name resolution and performance based issues with OS and/or
hardware. Good knowledge of system networking and troubleshooting connectivity and Microsoft clustering technologies

• Understanding backup theory and design. Backup and data management fundamentals
• Previous experience with Commvault technologies is highly desirable as is other backup software such as Veritas,
Symantec, Backup Exec, ShadowProtect, NetBackup, NetWorker, Avamar, VEEAM, or TSM is a plus
• Thorough knowledge of administration and trouble shooting in Microsoft Windows Server operating system (think
troubleshooting via the event logs, acquiring crash and application dumps, analysing network packets, windows firewall,
VSS). Strong understanding of Windows clustering. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Active directory. Recovery knowledge
of Microsoft operating systems and applications.
