Are you a results-driven and organized professional looking to take ownership of operational excellence? We are seeking an Executive - Operations and Admin to lead and strengthen our backend operations across telecom, data center, and vendor management domains. You will play a key role in optimizing resources, improving vendor performance, and driving operational strategies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end procurement management of telecom resources, ensuring cost efficiency and service quality through strategic vendor partnerships.
• Manage data center operations by coordinating resource procurement, monitoring performance, and recommending improvements for scalability and resilience.
• Develop and implement vendor management strategies, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, onboarding, and performance review frameworks.
• Oversee and enhance technical troubleshooting processes related to assets and server infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and proactive maintenance planning.
• Handle and analyze internal and external operational queries received via the ticketing system, identify recurring issues, and propose process improvements.
• Streamline day-to-day administrative operations, propose SOPs, and ensure adherence to organizational standards for operational excellence.
• Support management in operational planning, vendor audits, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast operational requirements and align resource planning with organizational goals.
• Collect, organize, and prepare data from various internal and external sources based on requirements shared by the Management. Support decision-making through accurate data reporting and preparing dashboards.

Experience: 3-5 year in backend operations.

Location Requirement: Candidates must be from Delhi/NCR only.

Work Environment:

• Work-from-office only, based in Noida, Sector 2.
• Willing to work flexible hours and roster-based timings (including Sundays).
• 6-day workweek.
• Availability to travel to data centers in different cities of India as needed.

The Design Engineer is responsible for planning, developing, and improving product designs by converting concepts and requirements into detailed engineering drawings and specifications. The role involves collaboration with production, quality, and project teams to ensure designs are functional, cost-effective, and manufacturable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D and 3D designs using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo
• Prepare detailed drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
• Analyze design feasibility, materials, tolerances, and manufacturing methods
• Coordinate with production, quality, and vendors to resolve design-related issues
• Modify existing designs to improve performance, quality, or cost
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities
• Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong Product Motion Designer / Animator / Interaction Designer profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have a Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Motion Designer / Animator.
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have worked with Product Design teams on interactive motion design projects for consumer-focused apps.
• Mandatory (Portfolio) – Must have a strong portfolio showcasing interaction designs, product animations, motion designs, micro-interactions & illustrations from top B2C product companies (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, Cred, Paytm, Flipkart, etc.).
• Mandatory (Company) – Must be from Top B2C Product Companies
• Mandatory (Exclusion 1) – Do not consider candidates focused mainly on illustrartion or marketing motion graphics (ads, banners, brand films, video editing).
• Mandatory (Exclusion 2) – Do not consider Gaming-focused Motion Designer profiles
• Mandatory (Tools & Skills) – Must have strong expertise in Figma, After Effects, Protopie, Lottie, and related prototyping tools.

• Development & maintenance of Cleartrip’s product lines
• Involved in entire lifecycle including analysis, development, fixing, and monitoring of issues on the assigned Cleartrip product lines
• Unit test cases – Review and writing

• 2+ years of Product Development experience
• Java, Spring Framework preferred
• Solid experience with databases (Oracle/MySQL) – a must
• Excellent OO and design skills
• Experience with Test Driven Development within a continuous Integration environment (Lunt, CruiseControl, etc)

• BE/B.Tech Computer Science Personality Traits/Attributes:
