About the Role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in building and scaling complex products and integrations. Our systems are based on a microservices architecture, with a stack that includes Node.js (NestJS), ReactJS, GraphQL APIs, multiple databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB), and multi-cloud deployments (AWS & GCP).

You will play a critical role in ensuring that our software is secure, reliable, and scalable while enabling seamless integrations with platforms like Shopify, Easyecom, Clickpost, and a growing set of partner services that power our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of backend, frontend, and full-stack engineers.
• Define and maintain technical direction for microservices-based systems and event-driven architecture.
• Guide engineers in building robust integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Easyecom, Clickpost) and internal services.
• Ensure best practices in API-driven development (GraphQL, REST, event streams) and system interoperability.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure across AWS & GCP, leveraging key AWS services (Lambda, S3, ECS/EKS, CloudFront, SQS/SNS, etc.) for distributed and scalable systems.
• Manage data infrastructure with MongoDB and DynamoDB, ensuring efficient, high-performance queries and resilience at scale.
• Partner with Product and Business stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.
• Implement processes for CI/CD, observability, incident management, and cost-optimized cloud operations.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and foster a culture of psychological safety, accountability, innovation, and growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years leading or managing engineering teams.
• Strong technical foundation in Node.js (NestJS), ReactJS, and API design (GraphQL, REST).
• Hands-on experience building and scaling microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with third-party integrations and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Easyecom, Clickpost, or similar services.
• Knowledge of working with MongoDB, DynamoDB, and distributed data systems.
• Expertise with AWS and GCP cloud environments (including container orchestration, serverless, and event-driven services).
• Experience implementing engineering best practices in CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and incident response.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to nurture talent, improve processes, and build a culture of excellence.

• Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ReactJS, and NextJS.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, with a successful track record of delivering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Design and implement testing frameworks and methodologies to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define test strategies, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability and reliability.
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, and testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in QA automation testing.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, SOAP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of security testing practices and tools.
• Understanding of cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with mobile application testing (iOS/Android).

• A candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Laravel and Illuminate.
• Must have an understanding of Relationships & Eloquent.
• Should have proven experience to use Laravel in any of the projects either on the job or during the academics.
• Should have developed minimum 3 to 4 projects during the work experience.
• Basic Knowledge of creating REST API in Laravel.

• Write “clean”, well-designed code
• Design overall architecture of the web application and maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team and work on code versioning tools such as GIT.

The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience performing following tasks for a tech company:

• Identify, qualify and cultivate new sales leads through subscribed databases, publicly available sources such as LinkedIn, events, referrals, and follow-up calls.

• Schedule and conduct qualification calls for prospects in a clear and compelling way with a high level of passion for our solutions.

• Conduct demo meetings and do regular follow ups with prospects to lead them towards closure

• Achieve monthly sales targets such as the number of demos scheduled, qualified opportunities, weekly activities, and appointment setting.

• Manage leads and develop strong relationships

Requirements:

• The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience performing above tasks for a SAAS company.

• This is work from office position. The office is located in Sector 68 Noida.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• A background in front-end web development and/or API development.
• Demonstrated competency in one or more of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, React/Redux, AngularJS,  or comparable JavaScript MVC framework.
• Demonstrated competency in one or more of the following client-side build tool: Webpack, gulp, jspm
• Have a good understanding of what good UX and UI design are.
• Experienced in client-side framework/technologies before such as: React, AngularJS, jQuery, HTML, CSS
• Experienced in using client-side build tools such as gulp, WebPack, JSPM, NodeJS, and other CLI is a plus
• Understand how to get good performance on UI implementation (time to interaction, bundling, and splitting resources)
• Some previous work portfolios would be great.
• Good knowledge of how to use source control systems like git and GitHub.

Responsibilities (KRA):

• Create Angular components with proper standards of the Angular.
• Create the applications with responsiveness and cross browser compatibility.
• Optimizing the performance on the browser by using the webpack custom confi
• Integrate with REST APIs built with modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token.
• Create test cases for each component by using any one of the testing library support provided in Angular.
• Ability to debug the Angular code in the browser to rectify the issues.
• Exposure to Progressive Web Apps (PWA) will be preferred.
