Role Description

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and analyse customer requirements, translating them into viable software solutions.
• Assist in qualifying leads by leveraging technical knowledge to address business challenges and deliver value.
• Develop and deliver tailored presentations, demos, and proposals showcasing product capabilities and fit.
• Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, addressing queries and concerns for prospective clients.
• Prepare and manage technical/functional documentation for RFPs/RFIs and act as a bridge between sales and development teams.
• Conduct business analysis to ensure solutions align with client objectives and integrate smoothly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies, proactively identifying client opportunities

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ presales experience in the Technology industry and/or hands-on working experience in SAAS products.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident delivering live product demos.
• Experience with CRM tools and business documentation.
• Proven ability in customer needs assessment and relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Job Profile/ Responsibility:

• Sourcing candidates of suitable calibre from various job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Cutshort etc), Posting, Head Hunting, Social media, Internal and External References
• The recruiter is responsible for assessing and short-listing candidates through a systematic and multi-layered approach to create a pool of eligible candidates for Job Dost Client Organizations.
• Carrying out the prescribed Assessment for the candidates and identifying profile as per client expectation as per job roles.
• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews, online assessments, coding tests for candidates.
• Maintain database of candidates in JobDost portal and also ensuring all applicants are routed through JobDost platform from interview schedule to offer
• Performing background and reference checks.

Job Requirement:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

• Hands on experience in hiring positions like SAP consultants, System/Cloud Architect, Front/Backend Developer, React, Java/J2EE Developers, .Net Engineers, ASP.Net, C#.Net, VB.Net, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field. Handling candidates in Information Technology is a plus.
• Minimum 1 years of prior experience of as a Recruiter
• Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with various sourcing methods
• Experience with conducting Assessments
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

Frontend Developer (1.5 - 3 Year)

We are looking for a qualified Frontend developer to join our technology team. You will be responsible for building the ‘client-side’ of our web application. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional, appealing and interactive applications. We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional, who is curious about new technologies and aspires to combine usability with visual design.

Requirements

1-3 years of proven work experience as a Front-end developer

Working experience in GNU/Linux environment and version control systems like Git

Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3

Experience with Vue.js/ React.js

In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)

Internship Duties

As with any internship there are a mixture of duties, this internship will include some admin tasks as well as some great HR experience during your internship in a busy HR department.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and  new hire guides
• Revise company policies 
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover ratios)
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

• Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

• Gathering payroll data like working hours, leaves and bank accounts
• Screening resumes and application forms
• Assist in end to end recruitment
• Record all resumes and personnel documents in HR electronic files
• File physical HR records in HR filing cabinet
• Liaise with recruitment agencies
• Proof reading and editing consultant profiles
• Liaise with line managers recording HR issues

React Native Developer 

• Should learn and understand the product, respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Update customers about new features and functionalities
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Gather customer feedback
