Required Skills:

• Exp. - 5+ years
• Experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale applications and systems. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
• Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client- facing applications.
• Good development experience with RDBMS.
• Good knowledge of multi-threading and high-performance server-side development.
• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux.
• Excellent problem solving and coding skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Should have the ability to express their design ideas and thoughts.

Requirements:

• Strong Java Expertise: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using Java, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Spring Boot & Microservices: Develop and maintain scalable, resilient microservices using the Spring Boot framework.
• Design Patterns: Apply design patterns effectively in solving software design challenges.
• Unit Testing & Mocking: Write comprehensive unit tests, utilize mocking frameworks, and ensure high test coverage for quality assurance.
• High-Performance Code: Write optimized, high-performance code with a focus on speed, efficiency, and scalability.
• Secure Coding Practices: Ensure all code is secure and compliant with best security practices to protect against vulnerabilities.
• AWS & Cloud-Native Development: Leverage AWS services for cloud-native application development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Relational Databases: Work with relational databases, including writing complex queries and optimizing database interactions.
• NoSQL Knowledge: Basic understanding or hands-on experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Agile Development: Collaborate effectively within an Agile development environment, participating in code reviews, sprints, and daily standups.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and debugging abilities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience with Java.
• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent degree required.
• Strong understanding of Spring Boot and Microservices

• Sound knowledge of OOP principles and best practices.

• 4+ years exp with solid backend/engineering experience.
• Knowledge of data structures and an eye for architecture.
• Solid CS fundamentals, fluent in multi-threaded and asynchronous programming, a strong inclination for architecting at scale.
• Excellent technical design, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Rapid prototyping worked on distributed systems at scale.
• Basic knowledge of SQL as well as NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in Golang, it's design, and concurrency patterns.

• B.E in computer science or related fields.
• Hand-on development experience with web & database technologies (MS SQL).
• Excellent programming & communication skills Strong problem solving, judgmental, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work at the tactical and strategic levels of IT initiatives.
• Impressive hands-on experience in .Net technologies. Impressive hands-on experience and knowledge with C#, SQL, JSON, XML, Win Forms & MVC, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery , HTML/CSS.

Minimum Requirements

• 8+ years development experience
• Solid Experience and knowledge of

• Coding and debugging using Object Oriented languages like Java, C++, Go or similar languages.
• Database design, Query optimizations, pitfalls (both SQL, NoSQL)
• Developing Scalable, distributed systems and patterns
• Developing REST and/or GraphQL based APIs
• Writing and driving Clean code in a team (via SOLID principles).
• Knowledge of writing unit tests

• Experience with Dockers/Kubernetes and orchestration

• Serve as a technical lead for the team
• Mentor team members

• Augmenting, improving, redesigning, and/or re-implementing Dolat's low-latency/high-throughput production trading environment, which collects data from and disseminates orders to exchanges around the world
• Optimizing this platform by using network and systems programming, as well as other advanced techniques
• Developing systems that provide easy access to historical market data and trading simulations
• Building risk-management and performance-tracking tools
• Shaping the future of Dolat through regular interviewing and infrequent campus recruiting trips
• Implementing domain-optimized data structures
• Learn and internalize the theories behind current trading system
• Participate in the design, architecture and implementation of automated trading systems
• Take ownership of system from design through implementation

• Experience with Hibernate and Spring.

• Experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation
