Salary

The in-hand salary is INR 30,000 per month, with quarterly pay raises.

Must-Have Qualifications

We do not care about your college, degree, or years of experience. You are qualified if you have:

• A design portfolio showcasing your previous work.
• Experience in Figma and creating low/high fidelity prototypes.
• A basic understanding of HTML/CSS.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS.
• Experience writing product copy, feature announcements, articles, etc.
• Experience designing SaaS products.
• Experience collaborating with developers.

Your Day-to-Day Work

In short, you will be fully responsible for anything related to design or user experience. Below are some of the tasks you will be performing on a consistent basis:

• Designing new features with the best UX possible by researching existing designs, conducting user research, etc.
• Building high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
• Working closely with developers to ensure your designs are implemented with pixel-perfect precision. Reviewing designs and testing functionalities in GitHub Pull Requests (PRs).
• Designing landing pages, social media creatives, and product demos.
• Regularly reviewing feedback and issues reported by users, digging deep into product analytics (Mixpanel), and prioritizing tasks.
• Keeping all assets up to date (landing page, pricing page, etc.) when launching new features.
• Maintaining consistent design across all our products (web app, extension, landing page, etc.).

Working Hours:

We are a fully remote and asynchronous team. You can work on your own schedule, but there should be some hours of daily overlap when you can communicate with your team. You are required to work at least 5 days a week (40 hours per week).

Our Approach to Design

We believe user experience is the most important part of a product, yet so many companies do not pay enough attention to it. As a result, we often experience crappy products in our day-to-day lives. We prefer Minimal Design. Minimal design focuses on simplicity and the use of minimal elements to create a clean and uncluttered space. Every element in a minimal design serves a purpose. Unlike designs that may prioritize aesthetics or trends, minimalism places functionality at the forefront. In other words, we prefer minimalistic, straightforward, and clean UI.

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core based Web API, C#, LINQ, Entity framework.

Job Description // React Frontend Programmer

With major Pharmaceutical companies adopting us for rollout in South East Asia, we are scaling our engineering team. 

What you will do

• Implement unit testing, example Junit, to support development of test-driven development
• Write reusable, Testable and efficient code
• Develop new client-side ReactJS components for modern web and mobile applications
• Design scalable frontend architecture
• Improve product quality through code reviews, write effective unit tests and collaborate with Q&A to implement automation testing

What you will have
