· Have Knowledge of the UC &/or CC platforms in the market (Chat, Meetings, Video, Phone, Marketplace/API)
· Having voice and Network knowledge, SaaS experience is nice to have
· Have solid business acumen and executive presence, able to position UC/CC Communication platform end-to-end
· Have to experience to work cohesively with customers, Sales Team, and Partners
· Act as a leader when the situation warrants
· Support and fix issues in the IT infrastructure, end-user devices and applications.
· Manage tickets and provide helpdesk support.
· Perform desktop troubleshooting for end users.
· Aid with remote computer deployments.
· Install and maintain network infrastructure.
· Provide support for Azure/AWS/Google Cloud resources.
· Handle support escalations.

- Show CloudEagle’s value proposition by using the appropriate sales qualification standards

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales opportunities through SDR generated leads and personal outbound outreach

- Lead tailored demos with customers, highlighting features relevant to their business needs
- Develop strategies for closing opportunities within assigned accounts
- Use sales methodologies to uncover customer needs and pain points
- Show GenZtechpro,s value proposition using appropriate sales qualification standards
- Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting
- Provide customer feedback to management and the product team
- Contribute to sales collateral and processes with feedback and improvement ideas
Requirements:
- Experience with end-to-end sales roles
- At least 2 years in AE roles with SaaS startups
- Hands-on experience in the US regions
- Ability to work US time zone hours
- High adaptability to changes in a startup environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
