Hands-on experience working with no-SQL databases.

Experience working in an Agile development process - Scrum.

Experience working closely with engineers and software cultures.

Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and customer journeys.

Ability to produce low level design considering the paradigm that journeys will be extensible in the future and translate that into components that can be easily extended and reused.

Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A candidate who can design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Key Role Requirements:

• Experience in Java-J2EE Development
• Hands-on experience in Struts (Core Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB) framework.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle SQL, Procedures
• Hands-on experience in Spring boot, Spring batch
• Should have worked on application servers like IBM WAS / Jboss / Web logic.
• Knowledge of basic Linux commands and BIRT reporting tool is an added advantage.

• Solved scale and performance issues while dealing with huge sets of data. Pre compute or data aggregation frameworks to achieve good response time

• Experience working with large datasets and NoSQL database technologies (e.g. Cassandra, ES)

• Experience of debugging applications running on Unix like systems (e.g. Ubuntu, CentOS)

• Experience developing RESTful APIs for complex data sets

• Knowledge of container based development & deployment (e.g. Dockers, K8s)

• 4+ years distributed service engineering experience in a software development environment
• Experience driving feature design reviews, documentation, UX reviews, and working with Product Managers through the entire launch process
• Strong development experience in Java, C++, C#, or similar OO languages
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals
• Working familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and standard network architectures
• Good understanding of databases, NoSQL systems, storage and distributed persistence technologies

Work Experience: 5 to 8 Years

• Experience in working with Core Java (Ver 11), Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JSF or Primefaces, SQL
• Familiarity with working with Jasper, Rest API is added plus

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain java application phases, code, and software
• Programming, testing, and debugging
• Competence and comfort using multiple frameworks

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 3-5 years of work experience in the development background, with at least 2 years experience in Java, Spring, Sprint Boot, Hibernate or JPA, MySQL, Oracle, Spring MVC.
• B.E. degree in Computer Science, Graduate in Software Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in Core JAVA, Spring, Spring Boot Frameworks.
• Experience with ORM's like Hibernate.
• Good knowledge of developing RESTful web services using Spring Boot, Java1.x,Servlet2.4, JSP2.0, JDBC3.0, Java Mail, Struts2.x, HTML, HTML5, Angular7+, JavaScript, JSF, Bootstrap2.x-3.x, JQuery & CSS 3.x, Maven 3.x, Apache Tomcat7
• Knowledge of Cloud AWS.
• Experience in any Messaging Queue e.g. Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, etc.
• Experience on Web services with REST and SOAP.
• Experience working on tool set like Eclipse IDE, SQL clients.
• Experience using application server like Jboss, TomCat, Wildfly, glassfish.
• Experience in using tools like SOAP UI, POSTMAN
• Ability to write SQL queries to fetch data.
• Knowledge of Micro services, Redis Cache and Mongo DB (or any other NoSQL) is good to have
