Job Description 

At the TensorIoT India team, we look forward to bringing on board mid-level and senior Machine Learning Engineers / Data Scientists. In this section, we briefly describe the work role, the minimum and the preferred requirements to qualify for the first round of the selection process. Please note: A candidate needs to qualify at least 4 of the 7 preferred qualifications listed below, to be eligible for the task / first round of interviews. 

What are the kinds of tasks Data Scientists do at TensorIoT?

As a Data Scientist, the kinds of tasks revolve around the data that we have and the business objectives of the client. The tasks generally involve: Studying, understanding, and analyzing datasets; feature engineering, proposing and solutions, evaluating the solution scientifically, and communicating with the client. Implementing ETL pipelines with database/data lake tools. Conduct and present scientific research/experiments within the team and to the client. 

Preferred Requirements: 

• PhD in the domain of Data Science / Machine Learning 
• M.Sc | M.Tech in the domain of Computer Science / Machine Learning 
• Hands-on experience in MLOps (model deployment, maintenance). 
• Some experience working with Generative AI (LLM). 
• Some experience in creating cloud-native technologies, and microservices design. 
• Well-rounded exposure to Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and Time-Series Analysis. 
• Hands-on experience with Docker.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Masters + 3 years of work experience in Machine Learning Engineering OR B.Tech (Computer Science or related) + 5 years of work experience in Machine Learning Engineering 1 year of Cloud Experience.

Basic Requirement :

•Writing web services REST and GraphQL using node.js frameworks such as express and node SDKs

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Head – Marketing to lead the marketing and

launch activities of real estate projects in Pune. This role demands a strong network of media

vendors, sharp media planning capabilities, excellent vendor management skills, and an innovative

approach to promotions, budget optimization, and brand visibility. The role will involve collaborating

with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

 Project Launches:

Drive end-to-end marketing strategies for new real estate project launches, ensuring

maximum visibility and lead generation.

 Media Planning & Vendor Management:

Plan, negotiate, and execute 360° media campaigns (offline & online) through a strong

network of media vendors in Pune. Drive 360-degree marketing campaigns including digital,

ATL, BTL, and influencer marketing.

 Network Development:

Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, influencers, celebrity management

agencies, and promotional partners.

 Budget Planning & Cost Management:

Prepare, allocate, and manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimum returns on

investment.

 Creative Oversight:

Provide creative direction in advertising, branding, and campaign design; ensure design

aesthetics align with brand guidelines and market expectations.

 Negotiation & Procurement:

Lead negotiations with vendors, media partners, and promotional agencies to secure

competitive pricing and service excellence.

 Cross-functional Coordination:

Collaborate with sales, design, digital, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of

marketing initiatives.

 Performance Tracking:

Monitor and report on campaign performance, visibility metrics, and lead generation

outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

 Experience: 4+ years in real estate marketing or large-scale event/media management

(Pune market experience preferred).

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration,

or related field. MBA preferred.

Role Objective:

Big Data Engineer will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and database architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced data pipeline builder and data wrangler who enjoys optimizing data systems and building. The Data Engineer will support our software developers, database architects, data analysts and data scientists on data initiatives and will ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects. They must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems, and products

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sound knowledge in Spark architecture and distributed computing and Spark streaming.
• Proficient in Spark – including RDD and Data frames core functions, troubleshooting and performance tuning.

Design, develop and maintain web-based services and applications using .Net Core/ASP.Net, C#, REST Web API, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, and Dapper.  Developing highly optimized cross-browser and responsive web applications using HTML5, and CSS.  Manage the full technical life-cycle of web applications during each development phase including functional & technical design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.  Developing high standard Web Applications based on functional requirements, UI/UX requirements, business logic and Web APIs.  Designing database tables, views, stored procedures, and functions to store and retrieve data most efficiently from SQL database.  Writing bug-free code with the highest coding standard.  Developing high-performance, highly secure and highly scalable Web Application.  Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging and code reviews for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and reliability of the software.  Manage source code check-in, checkout, and merging code.  Taking accountability and the ability to work under pressure

Hands-on experience o of using Angular with version 7 or later o in consuming complex nested API. o in using state management (e.g. NGRX, RXJS). o in using caching. o of using component library framework integration (e.g. Angular Material). o in integrating with REST web services from the application.
