You will play a key role in building CodeCraft by identifying and onboarding great talents.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•         Collaborate with Hiring managers to understand project requirements and staffing needs.

•         Create job descriptions based on the position and company requirements.

•         Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the right candidates within specified timeframes.

•         Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

•         Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical and cultural fit for both client projects and our organization.

•         Team Management - Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, provide guidance, training and ongoing performance feedback. Set clear expectations, goals, and KPI’s for the team and monitor their progress.

•         Handle ISO Audit for Talent Acquisition

•         Coordinate client interviews, collect feedback, and guide candidates through the entire

recruitment process.

Candidate Relationship Management:

•         Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing candidates.

•         Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed, providing timely feedback, and addressing their concerns.

Qualifications:

•         Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•         Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition, preferably in a staff augmentation or IT

consulting environment.

•         Strong understanding of IT and technical roles, skills, and technologies.

•         Familiarity with various sourcing methods and recruitment tools.

•         Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

•         Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

•         Results-oriented mind-set with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Possess complete understanding of individual project or modules within a larger project.

• Creating & Managing Paid Campaigns on Marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Purplle, Myntra, etc
  
• Plan, create and manage Marketplace ads campaign on Seller central by formulating strategies and road map for successful delivery of PPC campaigns
• Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver the most efficient results
• Understanding of Listing Management, A+ Content, Inventory Management
• Monitor and optimize campaign spending, keyword bids, negative keywords, campaign targeting, and other important account metrics
• Analyse data, look for various patterns, use them to create campaigns and get new users

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of exp of strong experience with ecommerce or in a digital marketing agency managing ecommerce brands.
• Proven track record of delivering month-on-month revenue growth keeping marketing budget in line
• Paid digital media and performance marketing across Google, Facebook, Instagram and some exposure to SEO would be bonus
• Good to have exposure of handling budget of upwards of 50L a month
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

As a senior software engineer, you will work on our python based ORM and applications that scales to handle millions of transactions every hour. This is mission critical software and your primary focus will be building robust and scalable solutions that are easy to maintain.

In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the rest of the team working on different layers of infrastructure in an international environment. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product are important.

What You’ll Do:

• Own definition and implementation of API interfaces (REST and GraphQL). We take pride in our 100% open API with over 600 endpoints.
• Implement simple solutions to complex business logic that enables our merchants to manage financials, orders and shipments across millions of transactions.
• Build reusable components and packages for future use.
• Translate specs and user stories into reviewable, test covered patches.
• Peer review code and refactor existing code.
• Integrate with our eCommerce partners (Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon), shipping partners (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL) and EDI.
• Manage Kubernetes and Docker based global deployment of our infrastructure.

Requirements We’re Looking for Someone With:

• Experience working with ORMs like SQLAlchemy or Django (2-3 years)
• Experience with SQL and databases (Postgres preferred)
• Experience in developing large server side applications and microservices
• Ability to create high quality code
• Experience with python testing tools (pytest) and test automation
• Familiarity with code versioning tools like GIT
• Strong sense of ownership and leadership quality
• Experienced in the tools of our web stack- Python, Celery, Postgres, Redis, RabbitMQ

What you need to have: 

Looking for a Java Technical Architect/ Java architect with experience between 10 to 14 years.

Candidate must have experience  in Java technologies along with SpringBoot and Microservices.
Must have experience in Cloud Technology - AWS.
Must have experience in Angular 4 or above version.
