must be okay in traveling in India
1. Excellent spoken and written English
2. Good with drafting commercial contracts agreements MOUS, notices, circulars and complaint letters.
3. Good knowledge of property markets, how deals happen, registry sale deeds etc..
4. Good knowledge of the construction sector, materials, maintenance issues of residence or commercial projects.
