Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer (3–10 years) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end mobile solutions, lead junior developers, and contribute to architectural and process improvements.

What You Will Be Doing

✔ Develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter & Dart

✔ Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into fully functional apps

✔ Write clean, testable, and maintainable code

✔ Work closely with designers, PMs, QAs, and other developers

✔ Implement new features, fix bugs, and optimize app performance

✔ Handle app flows involving offline storage, threading, localization, etc.

✔ Integrate third-party services: REST APIs, Firebase, Location, Notifications, Video recording, Payment gateways

✔ Participate in project estimation, architecture discussions, and release planning

✔ Contribute to the full mobile development lifecycle—from concept to deployment

✔ Prepare documentation for architecture, reusable components, and processes

✔ Lead and mentor junior Flutter developers

✔ Stay updated with latest Flutter, mobile development, and Web technologies

✔ Contribute to Flutter Web modules when required

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

Must Have

• 3–10 years total experience, with 2+ years in Flutter & Dart
• Strong understanding of mobile app development (Android & iOS)
• Ability to design & build apps from scratch
• Experience with:
• Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Messaging)
• Location services
• Push notifications
• Video recording modules
• REST API integration
• 3rd-party SDK integrations
• Expertise in:
• Building UI-rich, high-performance mobile apps
• Offline storage, performance tuning, and low battery usage optimization
• Experience using Git/GitHub
• Published at least 1+ app on PlayStore or App Store
• Understanding of Flutter Web
• Basic knowledge of payment gateway integration
• Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus
• Experience with native Android/iOS development is a big advantage

• You will be building and shipping robust apps to Android/ iOS devices using a single codebase.
• You will be writing readable and clear code using Dart that will be extensively documented for future use and upgrades.
• You will be sharing feedback and brainstorming ideas with teams to improve the development process.
• Understand basic concepts of design for developing user friendly applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies.

• Experience with Flutter SDK and Dart programming language.
• Strong knowledge on Flutter widgets like Cupertino for iOS and Material Components for Android.
• Knowledge on building flutter module and flutter plug-ins.
• Experience working on mobile platform like Android/iOS is required.
• Good knowledge in OOPS concepts and JAVA.
• Experienced in building mobile applications that utilizes web services (SOAP / REST / JSON / GSON).
• Worked on Dart.js
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Good knowledge of database (MySQL, SQLlite, RealM).
• Knowledge on play-store publishing & distribution.
• Identify problems and bottlenecks before hand and report to the concerned personnel.

• Design and build advanced applications for the Flutter platform

We are looking for an experienced cross platform Mobile Developer with 2-5 years of building performant mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms.  You are in top 5% of your field and are passionate about creating new products and innovative code.  We are building a solution that deploys elements of tokenization using block chain, ML driven portfolio selection and risk management, and a proprietary alternate secondary market for illiquid securities.  You would be developing and maintaining Cross platform Android and iOS applications. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure.

Key Requirements

• BE/ BTech or MTech/ Dual degree in Computer Science/ Software engineering or similar from a Tier 1 institute.
• Thorough understanding of Flutter and its core principles.
• Proficient in Dart6 Programming.
• Knowledge of Swift, Obj C, Xamarin & native build tools, like Xcode, Gradle (Android Studio, IntelliJ)
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JavaScript & React Native
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Be extremely conversant in table stakes software engineering toolchain - Linux/Shell, IDE’s, Git, Debuggers, Profilers.
• Strong knowledge of UI design principles, architecture patterns, and best practices for development.
• Ability to write well-documented, clean code
• Experience launching and managing production mobile apps
• Ability to deep dive into problem-solving and build elegant, maintainable solutions to complex problems, in addition to excellent interpersonal skills.

• You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
• Must have built at least two Android and/or iOS apps with Flutter 
• Proven working experience in software development
• Working experience in mobile development Android or iOS
• Have published one or more mobile apps in Google Play or App Store
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / Mercurial
