Design Intern

We’re looking for a Senior B2B marketer

As our senior B2B marketer you need to set strategy mainly online, to attract user to the site and become our drop shipper/wholesaler, include India market, European market, US market, Australia market, UAE and Japan.

You will report to B2B performance manager and responsible for marketing activities within B2B define

What you will do:

· Define and execute the overall drop shipping/wholesaler global strategy;

· Identify on-site and off-site opportunities and make sure they are executed to increase the number of dropshippers/wholesaler globally

· Set strategy especially aim to recruit Indian drop shipper

· Stay on top of best practices, trends, and news in the field;

Must haves:

· Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience;

· Familiar with promote via Google and bing ads, social media networks 

· Fluent in Hindi and English (written & verbal);

· Familiar with basic knowledge of marketing

· Familiar with India market

· Attention to detail;

· Independent thinking, active and creative

· Strong learning ability and adaptability

· Wholesale/dropshipping related work experience is plus

● Establish a strategy in order to deliver suitable candidates on time

● Build and develop relationships with both clients and candidates to provide a high level of client and candidate service

● Connect and coordinate with external vendors to support hiring needs

● Serve the business at a very deep and high touch level

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● 1 year of full life-cycle IT Recruiting Experience, in either an agency or corporate setting

● Familiarity with different selection methods (screening, interviews, assignments)

● Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity

● Must have Strong Knowledge of IT Technologies and skills

● Experience in handling multiple vendors.

● Great interpersonal and communication skills

● MBA in human resources or similar relevant field

• Key Skills:
• Expert Proficiency in anyone the below programming language - Java, Node JS, PHP or GoLang

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript.
• Experience with mobile frameworks such as React Native, Flutter.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Django, or Flask.
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• M.Tech/B. Tech in the field of VLSI/Electronics engineering. 
• Proficiency in UVM/SV and C/C++ based functional verification 
• Experience in UPF based low power design verification
• Automation skills in PERL and/or TCL and/or Shell* 
• Team player, with good problem solving and communication skills. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Drive functional verification at IP/SoC level using UVM/SV test bench
• Work closely with design team to define comprehensive feature test plans
• Perform functional and code coverage for logic verification sign-off
• Must have worked on ARM/RISC-V CPU based designs
• Must have performed gate level sim at SoC level
• Pre and Post-silicon debug/validation experience will be a plus
