Impact Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a Bengaluru-based Technical Program Manager (6+ years) to lead enterprise API and cloud integrations from pre-sales technical discussions through to successful deployment. This role acts as the primary technical bridge between our backend engineering teams and enterprise clients, managing complex system workflows, risk mitigation, and UAT without requiring active coding.

What You Will Do

• Own Integrations: Drive end-to-end integration lifecycles, API rollouts, and SDK deployments for large enterprise clients.
• Client Tech Partner: Act as the single point of contact for client technical queries, system configurations, and project escalations.
• Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Backend Engineering teams to design technical solutions based on client use cases.
• Risk & Testing: Proactively troubleshoot integration blockers and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure smooth production go-live.
• Team Mentor: Provide guidance and process structure to junior team members.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven experience in Technical Project or Program Management handling enterprise SaaS, APIs, or SDK environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with Cloud platforms, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and system architecture principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience presenting technical concepts to external business clients.
• Must be currently located in or ready to work onsite/hybrid in Bengaluru.

The MIS Executive will manage and analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to support effective decision-making within the organization. The role involves maintaining and enhancing the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate and timely information flow.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to create comprehensive reports.

·        Develop and maintain efficient databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

·        Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to relevant stakeholders.

·        Implement data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy.

·        Collaborate with different departments to understand their data requirements and provide support in extracting relevant information.

·        Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.

·        Conduct regular audits of data to identify and rectify discrepancies.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and best data management and reporting practices.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

·        Bachelor's degree in any field.

Experience:

·        Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an MIS Executive role.

·        Jewelry industry experience is good to have

· Skilled in product cost analysis, order management, invoicing knowledge, and comprehensive inventory oversight.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.

·        Database management systems and SQL.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

·        Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Very strong core Java/Spring developer

• Decent experience in implementing observability (monitoring/alerts) for Java apps

• Working experience in using CI/CD pipelines.

• Capable of working with scripting languages.

Job description: 

1. Lead the Technical and Regulatory documentation for smooth operations. 

2. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of COA, TDS, MSDS and other related technical documents. 

3. Maintain a real-time database of Products & Suppliers with corresponding technical documents.

4. Mentor and guide the documentation team on writing practices and processes 

5. Bring in strong Chemistry knowledge and support the demand and supply team with suitable inputs on specifications.

Profile:

• Graduation is a must

Role Description:

As a Lead Backend Engineer , you will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems for Radiusagent. Experience as a Tech Lead, managing tasks with back-end engineers while coding themselves will be a bonus point for the ideal candidate.
