Job Title: Sr. IT Analyst – IAM & Office 365

Location: Sector 32, Gurgaon

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Should be comfortable working on weekends if needed)

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned IT Security professional with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Office 365 administration. This role is critical to ensuring secure access to enterprise systems, managing user identity lifecycles, and supporting ongoing cloud security initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices, support operational tasks, and contribute to projects around IAM automation, Office 365 feature rollouts, and policy implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Identity and Access Management (IAM):

• Administer and maintain IAM systems across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
• Implement and optimize Conditional Access Policies, MFA, and RBAC.
• Integrate IAM solutions with Azure AD, Office 365, and other enterprise tools.
• Automate workflows for identity lifecycle management and secret/certificate rotation.
• Maintain documentation such as SOPs and process flows.

Office 365 Administration:

• Manage services like SharePoint Online, Teams, and PowerApps.
• Configure and monitor security features like DLP and Defender for Office 365.
• Troubleshoot Office 365 issues and respond to service requests.
• Ensure Office 365 logs are properly integrated into the SIEM system.

Operational Security & Projects:

• Conduct user access audits, incident handling, and vulnerability remediation.
• Participate in security tool upgrades and rollout of new O365 features.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards.
• Drive improvements in access control and security posture.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 4+ years in IT Security with expertise in IAM and Office 365.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, and O365 security.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles, RBAC, authentication protocols.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Exposure to Microsoft Graph API is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Good to Have

• Microsoft Certification – MS-102 or equivalent.

Requirements 

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Your responsibilities include creating and curating engaging content across digital platforms to boost engagement.

Oversee daily social media operations, including post scheduling, interaction, and monitoring.

Assist in enhancing website content for better search engine visibility.

Support the creation and analysis of email campaigns, optimizing based on performance.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to support the marketing team effectively.

Requirements:

6+ year of working experience .

Strong understanding of web fundamentals

Deeply technical with a track record of successful delivery.

Manage daily/weekly scrums.

Lead technical strategy and implementation for various team initiatives with an alignment with project / client expectations

Proven record of building project from scratch.

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating and editing well designed videos (courses) to be posted on company’s Ayurveda education business.

• Editing full-length courses, ads, compile animation, content, music etc.
• Responsible for the complete packaging of videos (ads, infomercials, demos etc.)
• Catering to the international market (primarily English speaking) with a good understanding of the language
• Visualizing and creating output according to the script
• Conceptualizing and executing motion animations using visual design
• Reordering and fine-tuning the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the video
• Producing videos for online platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest etc.

Your primary responsibilities would be to architect the entire multiplayer experience for our game world. You will design, deploy and iteratively various multiplayer experiences while working with our frontend team to realize the project goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop an optimal architecture using Mirror/Photon for the multiplayer experience. 
• Design and Develop multiplayer components like lobbies, matchmaking, etc. 
• Work with the frontend to develop player to player interactions in-game. 
• Develop cross player transaction systems based on game economy and currency. 
• Work with remote servers and game servers and make decisions on architecture and tools to be used.
• Create awesomely fun multiplayer user-to-user interactions.
• Design the persistent data pipeline to manage and record game and economy data.

• 4+ years of minimum production experience in Unity game development.
• Must have released at least 1 game commercially.
• Must have at least 1 commercial multiplayer game as experience.
• Team player and takes responsibility for work, handles feedback well.
• Strong working knowledge of Unity systems like  Prefabs, Animations, UI, TextMeshPro, Profiler, Cinemachine, Terrain, 3D Sound, etc.
• In-depth understanding of multiplayer practices and networking concepts.
• Strong knowledge of server systems and cloud. Strong grasp of multiplayer architecture design and server design.
• Experience working with Blender, Maya and 3D pipeline for game dev is a bonus.
• Strong grasp of Photoshop or other image manipulation tools is a bonus.
• Strong AR/VR and Metaverse understanding is a bonus.
• Strong grasp of C# and industry standard coding practices. Knowledge of various design patterns like Singletons, Object Pooling, Event/Subscriber Systems, Delegates, etc. is a must.

Hands -on experience with the following technologies is needed:
