1. We are looking for candidates who have good programming skills. Strong on data structures, algorithms, understand time space complexity, able to come up with multiple solutions and then arrive at most optimized one keeping in mind customer requirements. Should also be well aware of OO concepts. If he / she has a strong background on these areas ( in any programming language),
2. Next the candidate should have worked on JS  with good hands on experience in a few projects mainly in backend development like making api calls, handling exception, models, data transformations, controllers etc. 
3. The last would be having some experience in any one of react.js/ node.js or even angular.js since some of these are being used in the current project. 
4. Prefer candidates with Angular (ver 8+), react.js (ver 16+), Node (Ver 14+) and extremely good in JavaScript, HTML & CSS
5. Experience : 3-6 years relevant

 

What a Typical day looks like: • In consultation with business leaders and HR colleagues, develop and deliver an annual HR plan for meeting business needs. • Provide advice and support to business leaders on key HR matters, including organizational design and restructuring, talent management / talent development, career development, employee engagement etc • Coordinate and facilitate delivery of cyclical HR initiatives (such as recruiting, workforce planning, new hire training, performance review, talent review, succession planning, compensation planning and review) for the site / businesses. • Drive employee communications / engagement within business segment. • Assist with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes as required • Responsible to support compliance policies and its effective implementation. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: • Requires a degree in Human Resources Management or related areas. MBA a plus. • Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience. • Self-starter who demonstrates accountability for results. • Sound knowledge of Organization Development, Change Management and HR practices. • Excellent business acumen and demonstrated competency in business partnership. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior management and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. • Strong project management, process management, analytical and consulting skills. What we look for?

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT from premier institute.
• 2-4 years of industry experience in Native Android development, with at least one live app on Google Play Store. 
• Good knowledge of Kotlin and/or Java with an understanding of Android Native SDK, specifically network classes, concurrency handling, databases, and background processes. 
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. 
• Solid understanding of Android Libraries related to UI, network, background services, and database.
• Familiarity with developing UI with both XML layouts and code.
