Key Responsibilities
- Aggressive Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and target new business opportunities within various sectors, primarily through cold-calling, networking, industry events, and digital outreach.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking all activities and sales stages from initial contact to final closure.
- Strategic Engagement: Initiate and conduct high-level strategic meetings, articulating the value proposition of VJ Tech Consultancy's products and solutions, backed by the credibility of our ex-CIO/CISO leadership.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs deeply to effectively map them to our IT and security offerings, developing and presenting tailored proposals that demonstrate clear ROI.
- Sales Execution: Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Market Feedback: Serve as a critical link between the market and our leadership team, providing feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to help shape our offerings.

Position Overview & Priorities:
The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems and software using Infrastructure as Code. This can include the provision of cloud instances, streamlining deployments, configuring virtual instances, scaling out DB servers.
Primary responsibility would be:
- Oversight of all server environments, from Dev through Production.
- Work on an infrastructure that is 100% on AWS.
- Work on CI/CD tooling which is used to build and deploy code to our cloud.
