The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and aggressive Business Development & Sales Professional to be a foundational member of our team. This role is a pure-hunter position, responsible for generating new business, establishing market presence, and driving revenue growth for our portfolio of IT products and advanced security solutions. If you thrive on the challenge of opening doors, closing deals, and being rewarded for performance, this is your opportunity to leverage the credibility of our leadership team to build a lucrative career.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggressive Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and target new business opportunities within various sectors, primarily through cold-calling, networking, industry events, and digital outreach.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking all activities and sales stages from initial contact to final closure.
- Strategic Engagement: Initiate and conduct high-level strategic meetings, articulating the value proposition of VJ Tech Consultancy's products and solutions, backed by the credibility of our ex-CIO/CISO leadership.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs deeply to effectively map them to our IT and security offerings, developing and presenting tailored proposals that demonstrate clear ROI.
- Sales Execution: Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Market Feedback: Serve as a critical link between the market and our leadership team, providing feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to help shape our offerings.
