Job Summary :

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Web3 products/organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing online visibility, executing SEO/SMO strategies, managing paid campaigns, and driving growth through effective digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to increase organic traffic.
• Plan and execute SMO strategies to strengthen brand presence across social platforms.
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Promotion Ads, PPC, Google Ads) for maximum ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking for continuous improvement.
• Work with CMS platforms (excluding WordPress) to publish, update, and optimize content.
• Collaborate with Web3 product/organization teams to create tailored marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with Web3 industry trends, SEO algorithms, and ad platform updates.

Mandatory Skills :

About the Role-

We are looking for a passionate React / React Native Developer with 2–5 years of experience in building high-quality web and mobile applications. You will develop responsive interfaces, integrate APIs, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities-

• Build and maintain React.js web applications and React Native mobile applications.
• Create reusable components and scalable UI architectures.
• Integrate RESTful APIs / GraphQL and manage application state.

Required Skills-

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to lead AI product initiatives and guide the BA team. The role involves understanding business needs, gathering requirements, creating documents like BRDs, FRDs, and user stories, and coordinating with teams such as engineering, AI/ML, QA, design, and product.

The candidate should have knowledge of AI/ML concepts, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience building products from scratch. They will also mentor junior BAs, conduct UAT testing, support Agile/Scrum processes, and help deliver AI-driven solutions successfully.

About the role 

We are looking for strong experience in understanding HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Core PHP, MySQL. Must have outstanding coding skills, Strong understanding of business logic and has a good learning curve. 

Responsibilities

• Basic Knowledge in PHP Frameworks like CodeIgniter, Core PHP, Laravel, Symphony etc. 

• Hands-on experience in Apache, Xampp, and Wamp Servers. 

• Basic CMS Knowledge if any (Joomla/WordPress/Drupal).

• Strong Knowledge if OOPS Concepts in PHP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or software engineering. 

• Minimum 2+ year of experience developing projects/applications using PHP.
