
Springer Capital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Intern to join our Human Resources team, working remotely. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of investment banking, specifically focusing on onboarding processes within a dynamic, remote-first environment. As an Onboarding Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and distributing onboarding materials, including offer letters, new hire paperwork, and orientation guides.
- Manage and maintain employee records and onboarding documentation using SharePoint.
- Coordinate and schedule onboarding sessions, including virtual meetings and training programs.
- Communicate with new hires to address any questions or concerns, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks related to onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SharePoint, including document management and collaboration features.
