Job Title : QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

Key Responsibilities:

Manual Testing:

• Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases to validate functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Conduct thorough functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

Automation Testing:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
• Enhance and scale automation frameworks to ensure comprehensive and robust test coverage.

Defect Management:

• Identify, document, and track bugs or defects using standard tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues promptly.

Collaboration & Process Improvement:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA practices and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Manual Testing Expertise:

• Proficiency in manual testing techniques and tools, with attention to detail.

Automation Testing Proficiency:

• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, or similar).
• Familiarity with programming languages like Java or Python.

General Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.

Experience: 6 months to 2 years of QA experience in manual and automation testing.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.

Tailor training content to fit individual learner needs and goals. Stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve our programs.

3. Assessment & Feedback

Track learner progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback. Report on performance and suggest further training if needed.

4. Support & Guidance

Act as a mentor, providing support and encouragement to learners. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters positive learning experiences.

5. Professional Development

Keep up with the latest trends in soft skills training and development techniques. Share knowledge and best practices with the Kapable team.

• Consultative approach, strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to translate business issues into relevant technical solutions and competitive propositions
• Recent experience in working for a Tier 1/2 Technology Services Provider or major Cloud Services provider in a pre- sales solutioning role
• Proficient in the Pre- Sales Solutioning Process lead by 3rd Party Advisors
• Prior experience leading, costing and implementing large complex Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO) pursuits, preferably 50M TCV with a large technology transformation component i.e. workload migration to Public Cloud, data center consolidations, etc.
• Strong proficiency creating business willing solutions aligned with key market growth areas; Public/Hybrid Cloud, Cyber security
• Demonstrated ability to communicate (written verbal) effectively and to influence at CxO level

Cloud Skills

• Experience and/or Certification: AWS - Solution Architect, Microsoft - MCSA/MCSE would be advantageous
• AWS , AZURE , Google Cloud Hybrid Cloud , Cloud Infrastructure , Private Cloud

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
