🔧 What You’ll Do

You’ll lead the development of our AI GTM platform and underlying AI agents to power seamless multi-channel GTMs.

This is a hybrid UX-engineering role: you’ll translate high-level user journeys into interfaces that feel clear, powerful, and trustworthy.

Your responsibilities:

• Design & implement end-to-end features across React-TS/Next.js, Node.js, Postgres, Redis, and NestJs micro-services for LLM agents.
• Build & document scalable GraphQL / REST APIs that expose our data model (Company, Person, Campaign, Sequence, Asset, ActivityRecord, InferenceSnippet).
• Integrate third-party APIs (CRM, email, ads, CMS) and maintain data sync reliability > 98 %.
• Implement the dynamic agent flow builder with configurable steps, HITL checkpoints, and audit trails.
• Instrument product analytics, error tracking, and CI pipelines for fast feedback and safe releases.
• Work directly with the founder on product scoping, technical roadmap, and hiring pipeline.

Role

Being a part of Products Engineering team, this member is expected to work with existing

development team. Key responsibilities of this role include design and development of PHP based applications as per the product roadmap. Coordinate with co-developers and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.

Experience

Around 4 years of experience in creating and implementing Web-based products using PHP,

MySQL, Ajax, and JavaScript.

Qualifications:

BTech/BE in computer science, electrical, electronics or related fields 5+ years of full stack design and development experience High emotional intelligence, empathy and collaborative approach. Experience in Angular Javascript frameworks, CSS, HTML5, NodeJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB to handle full stack web development. Experience with developing rich dynamic front end applications using Angular and CSS frameworks like BulmaCSS, Angular Material, Bootstrap, etc. Knowledge of GraphQL would be an added advantage. Knowledge of Cloud services like AWS, Heroku, Azure is preferable.
