QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have People Leading experience.
- 7+ years of experience in SharePoint development including SharePoint online and O365
- Strong Experience on migration projects on-premises to Office 365 or Lotus Notes to Office 365.
- Good Experience with ShareGate or any other migration tools.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft .NET development languages and tools, JavaScript, HTML5, JSON, CSOM, REST APIs, SQL, XML
- At least 2+ years of experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) using React/Typescript.
- Experience with Designing custom SharePoint solution with Azure and other 3rd party services.
- Demonstrated experience building workflow and collaboration solutions with tools such as SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, PowerApps (Canvas/Model driven App), Logic Apps, Nintex, K2
- Knowledge of various platforms such as Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Azure Search, SharePoint Search & AAD
This position will work on a variety of custom projects. Depending on workload and project needs, the position may be performing any or all the following functions for one or more projects simultaneously.
- Analyse, design and develop SharePoint Solutions based on client requirements based on PLA.
- Estimation and planning.
- Design and Develop PowerApps and Microsoft Flow apps.
- Provides in-depth senior level technical knowledge (workaround, root cause analysis, and permanent resolution) to resolve complex problems in the technical environment.
- Create sites, lists, views, forms, SharePoint Designer Workflows, and web parts
- Design detailed architecture for complex solutions, including external design (navigation, screens, reports) and internal design (software and hardware platform, connectivity, modules, back-end and front-end components, interfaces) based on established architectural standards
- Prepares documentation including backup and recovery procedures, technical documentation
- Performs maintenance and enhancements and ongoing SharePoint administration.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, Familiarity with Team Foundation Server and build management
- Experience on Hybrid Exchange for co-existence and migration
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, including the Portal and DevOps
- Experience with SharePoint Administration, Configuration, role & access management, deployment
