· Good to Have Skills:

• Microsoft Fabric, Data Strategy / Governance, Data Visualisation, Data Science / AI, DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience in end-to-end project all aspects of our delivery right from initiating a project from technology side, initiating a project meaning understanding the requirements from stakeholder, designing architecture in it right up to production and production support organization, support, pre-sales, estimations, costing.

Certifications:

Candidates possessing one or more of the following certifications will be highly preferred:

• Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate or Professional

• Databricks Partner Solution Architect Champion

• SnowPro Advanced: Data Engineer

• SnowPro Advanced: Architect

• Microsoft Azure Certifications in Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or Solution Architecture.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The Lead Data Architect is responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical expertise in data architecture to drive innovation and excellence in solution delivery.
• With a focus in client satisfaction and project success, lead a team of data professionals, providing mentorship, guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects

• Computer Science degree from an accredited college or university
• 8-10 years software development experience
• Web based development experience (Core PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SQL)
• Experience in clinical or healthcare applications
• Good communication skills

Role & responsibilities

Cold Calling:

Contacting potential customers using a given phone directory.

Customer Interaction:

Asking pertinent questions to understand customer requirements.

Persuading customers to buy by demonstrating how products or services meet their needs.

Sales and Record Keeping:

Recording customer information accurately in a computer system.

Keeping records of calls and sales.

Meeting sales quotas and facilitating future sales.

Proven experience in telemarketing or similar sales/customer service roles.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Patience and ability to handle customer rejection

Experience: Minimum 1 year as a telecaller

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a talented Engineering Team of 8+ members.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and assist them in their career progression. Set OKRs, progress checks and do performance evaluations.
• Manage the development pipeline to deliver features on schedule while maintaining high bar for quality.
• Closely Interact with other functions such as PM, Design, UI/UX, Art, QA, and deliver planned features.
• Perform Design reviews, Code reviews
• Create a solid Tech backlog that involves modernizing tech stack, set goals for performance improvements.

Requirements

• Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Should have 8+ years of professional experience in mobile, development using C++, C#, PYTHON, GO Lang, Javascript.
• Should have 2+ years of experience in managing teams, including hiring, mentoring and building strong teams.
• Shown ability to motivate teams and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Operate a hands-on role involving penetration testing and vulnerability assessment activities of complex Web applications, operating systems, wired and wireless networks, and mobile applications/devices
• Delivering targeted and intelligence led security penetration testing through a robust testing methodology and process
• Craft and develop scripts, frameworks, tools, and the methods required for facilitating and executing sophisticated charges, emulating malicious actor behavior sought at avoiding detection
• Conduct security assessments on a wide variety of technologies and implementations
• Develop and maintain security testing plans
• Maintain and evolve a mature set of security penetration testing and internal Red Team processes covering all areas of technology
• Automate penetration and other security testing on networks, systems and applications
• Develop meaningful metrics to reflect the true posture of the environment allowing the organization to make educated decisions based on risk
• Produce actionable, threat-based, reports on security testing results
• Act as a source of direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff
