We’re hiring a Software Development Engineer in Bangalore to build the systems that keep real-world operations running — from customer-facing products to the internal tools field teams depend on every morning.

→ Design, build, and ship across the stack: backend services, APIs, mobile/web field apps, and operational dashboards

→ Build systems for deployment, attendance, check-in/check-out, work verification, and issue resolution

→ Make products work in low-connectivity, field-heavy conditions with offline-first and vernacular-first experiences

→ Own features end to end — from design discussions to deployment to on-call

→ Work closely with Product, Ops, and field users to solve what’s actually happening on the ground

→ Contribute to data pipelines and analytics that power planning, forecasting, and unit economics

• 1–5 years building production software

• Comfortable across the stack, or deep in one area and ready to stretch

• Strong ownership mindset — you ship, debug production issues, and care if it works for the user

• Pragmatic with trade-offs and able to balance speed with quality

• Bonus if you’ve built for low-bandwidth, offline-first, next-billion-user contexts

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer / Technical Lead with strong experience in marketing creative platforms and digital experience delivery. About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Lead with 5–7 years of experience in the JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js ecosystem to drive core platform development. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong backend expertise, as well as exposure to mentoring and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of core platform components including frameworks, APIs, and backend services

About the role 

We are looking for a strong full stack engineer who has experience building web and mobile applications for enterprise and consumers. You will help design, build and maintain scalable applications and build the API infrastructure that can be used across all client products.

Responsibilities:

• Building applications that are responsive, performant, and accessible Produce high quality HTML/CSS pages from mock ups.
