 Own a team of 15-20 Developers and QAs at various levels

 Provide continuous feedback, training and make sure team is working on their full

    potential at all time

 Review the architecture/design of a product/module/feature and provide feedback

 Architect, design and/or hands-on code the critical portion of a

   product/module/feature

 Mentor the tech-leads on architecting the product to deliver on-time

Srijan’s team of enterprise Drupalists are helping our customers build cutting-edge web experiences, migrate to Drupal, tune and improve their Drupal implementations, and advise on all things Drupal and web architecture. With the rapid adoption of Drupal as a web platform, and with our growing number of technical development  projects supporting our clients and partners, our Technical Architects are in high demand. They consult remotely or travel on-site periodically to work with some of the most talented technologists and some of the hottest web properties on leading-edge web development projects. Engagements vary by customer and can include anything from custom coding and mentoring of partner and  client teams to application design and ongoing guidance on architecture through development and application launch.

• Prior experience building, leading and architecting Drupal
  • Knowledge of Drupal 8, 9 is a
  • Knowledge of at least 1-2 non php
  • Perform complex Drupal development tasks including custom module development using the Drupal API system and hooks from major  Drupal core systems
• Ability to guide technical discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes with clients, partners, and Srijan stakeholders.

About the Company-

About the Internship:

selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop server-side/client-side applications.

2. Basic knowledge of Data structures.

3. Test and document the developed code.
4. Must have basic knowledge of any one of the following technologies -

     PHP, Javascript, Golang, Dart.

• Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based Laravel E-commerce and Marketplace websites and maintaining the back-end of mobile applications
• Familiarity using Bagisto, Open Cart or any other PHP e-commerce packages.
• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the App Development team
• Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
• Utilize back-end data services and contribute to increase existing data services API
• Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
• Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development Laravel developer requirements and qualifications
• Previous working experience as a Laravel developer for minimum 2 years
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or similar relevant field
• In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and latest version Laravel PHP Framework
• Hands on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design
• Software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat)
• MySQL profiling and query optimization

• Check for all web related security including XSS, DDos attacks, cookie hijacking, SQL injection

• Experience with connecting or consuming API's (REST, SOAP, GRAPHQL)
• IPAAS/ETL experience is a huge plus. 
• An understanding of basic scripting. PHP is a plus
• Data modelling/data architecture/data warehousing experience
• Familiarity with CRM platforms

• Work with Product Management, Support, and Engineering to translate Customer business needs and product feedback into new solutions
• Assist the Sales teams in setting up prospective customers for success in on-boarding
• Act as a thought leader and Blendr advocate in webinars, blog postings, and speaking events
• Exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise when working through customer issues and escalations
