Key Responsibilities  

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines for AI/ML applications.
• Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Build production-ready LLM applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Fine-tune open-source and foundation models using domain-specific datasets.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and model evaluation.
• Develop APIs and AI services for production deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills  

Mandatory  

• 1–3 years of experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, or AI/ML development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience building LLM-powered applications using RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Embeddings.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or n8n for LLM orchestration and AI workflow automation.
• Experience in LLM fine-tuning and working with Hugging Face models.
• Knowledge of MLOps concepts including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Git, REST APIs, Linux environments, and data processing libraries.

Preferred  

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus, or Weaviate.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
• Exposure to Apache Spark or Airflow for data engineering workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Qualifications & Skill Requirements 

• Graduate Degree in any specialization. A MBA or Diploma in retail management is preferred. 
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury retail, food retail, or hospitality. 
• Excellent customer handling skills and communication. 
• Must be well organized and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement. 
• An uncompromising focus on execution with a no-nonsense attitude towards goals and delivery.  

Reporting Manager: Store Manager 

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

About this role

We are seeking a seasoned DBA to join our team. You will have extensive experience in a mission-critical environment as a database administrator over a successful career.  You will primarily work on the Supporting our Databases, AWS RDS (MySQL), and  MongoDB/ Cassandra.

What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership in database scaling & monitoring. Maintain runbooks for our 24x7 SRE team. 
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolution of database issues. Perform database upgrades and patches.
• Define and develop data pipelines between platforms in a mission-critical environment using DMS, Fivetran, Kafka, etc.
• Work with our developers to optimize and tune their SQL queries.
• Assist in application development, debugging, and optimization with respect to data concerns.
• Provide input in the design and implementation of backup, recovery, and DR strategy
• Review application and database design for compliance.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to script in a high-level language like Python, Ruby, etc for Automation. 
• 8+ years of experience in AWS database services like RDS (Mysql), MongoDB/ Cassandra.
• 4+ years of experience in database design and DevOps on AWS.
• Must demonstrate a clear understanding of logical and physical database design and standards. 
• Experience in columnar data warehouse solutions like Redshift or Snowflake. 
• Must have extensive hands-on experience with MySQL in a large scale 24x7 production environment with millions of records.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering; or equivalent work experience

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with NoSQL solutions such as Cassandra/MongoDB etc.
