• Categorize and escalate technical issues or product requests to the relevant internal teams (Product, Engineering).
• Maintain clear communication logs and support documentation.
• Be a voice of the customer, advocating for their success and experience.

What we are seeking

We are seeking a skilled Unity Game Developer to join our team. The Unity Game Developer will be responsible for creating and implementing high-quality game mechanics and features using the Unity engine. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programming concepts and a passion for creating immersive and engaging game experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement game mechanics and features using the Unity engine
• Collaborate with the game design team to develop and iterate on game play ideas
• Work with the art team to integrate and optimize 3D assets and animations
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Contribute to the development of the overall project roadmap and schedule

Requirements:

• 3-5 years Experience with game development using Unity
• Proficiency with C# programming and the Unity engine
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• A portfolio of game development work is a plus

Qualification Required:

• Minimum 2 year of work experience
• Graduate or Diploma in related field
• Relevant experience candidates will be highly preferred

• Building marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall strategic marketing plan.
• Working with marketing agency partners to plan and execute digital app acquisition campaigns on channels like Google, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes and team players.
• Making analytics and data-driven decisions to optimize acquisition & retention strategy (funnel improvement, In-app engagement, ROAS, LTV etc.).
• Providing complete performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns and taking relevant action on insights gained.

• Collaborating with the BD/ Sales teams to plan and execute various marketing initiatives such as events, SMS campaigns, sales training, partner collaboration etc.

• Experience in App Marketing in B2B domain is preferred.
• Minimum 4-7 years of professional experience in similar/relevant roles.
• Prior experience in performance marketing / digital marketing / growth role is a plus.
• Masters/MBA is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with - Google Playstore/Console, Firebase/Branch/MixPanel, Appsflyer/TUNE etc.
• Proven track record of delivering user acquisition growth, retention, and optimization across key mobile metrics is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills: bias toward decision making based on data, and good proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyze, and present data.
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
