Role Overview

The Public Relations & Brand Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive public image for ICL Immigration. This role involves developing communication strategies, managing media relations, creating compelling content, and positioning the brand as a trusted authority in immigration services.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations & Media Management

• Develop and execute PR campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Build relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Write and distribute press releases, articles, and media pitches.
• Monitor media coverage and respond to inquiries or crises effectively.

Brand Strategy & Communications

• Define and maintain brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
• Develop compelling client success stories and testimonials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

Community & Stakeholder Engagement

• Foster relationships with industry professionals, partners, and stakeholders.
• Represent ICL Immigration at events, conferences, and public forums.
• Engage with online communities and respond to client feedback.

Crisis & Reputation Management

• Monitor online reputation and manage responses to reviews or feedback.
• Develop crisis communication strategies to protect brand integrity.
• Ensure transparent and professional communication during sensitive situations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in PR, branding, or corporate communications.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
• Experience managing media relations and public-facing campaigns.
• Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of immigration services or legal sectors is a plus.

• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product.

• Meeting Daily Target of GMV, calls & Conversion.

• High drive - to take ownership and get it done

• Handling Customer queries over the call.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

RM Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and preferences. Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the real estate transaction process.

2. Client Consultation: Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and financial considerations. Provide expert advice on real estate market trends and investment opportunities.

3. Property Presentation: Showcase available properties to clients, emphasizing key features and benefits. Provide comprehensive information about the properties, including legal aspects and potential returns on investment

. 4. Transaction Facilitation: Facilitate the real estate transaction process, including property viewings, negotiations, and documentations. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure smooth and legally compliant transactions.

5. Market Analysis: Stay updated on local and regional real estate market trends. Provide clients with insights into market conditions, property values, and investment potential.

6. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly. Seek feedback from clients and use it to enhance service delivery.

7. Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and encourage repeat business. Provide ongoing support and assistance even after the completion of transactions.

8. Market Research: - Conduct research on new and upcoming real estate projects, developments, and investment opportunities. - Provide clients with valuable insights into potential investment areas.

9. CRM Utilization: - Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage client interactions, maintain records, and track communication history. - Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.

10. Compliance and Legal Understanding: - Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and legal requirements. - Ensure that all real estate transactions comply with legal standards and regulations.

11. Negotiation Skills: - Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients during real estate transactions.

12. Market Promotion: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available properties and generate interest from potential buyers or investors. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.

13. Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare regular reports on client interactions, transactions, and market trends. - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and strategic adjustments

• Strong knowhow of data-structures and algorithms.
• Strong core server-side technologies experience (Java/ other)
• Knowledge of Android is a huge plus.
• Strong understanding of OO/ design and good software development practices.
• Strong database skills and good knowhow of databases.
• Exposure to configuration management, testing, deployment.

Java Developer

Strong in Java8 with Microservices + Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA Exposure to MySQL

• Lead the engineering effort across projects 
• Interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages including Application Architecture, Design and Development
• Understand client's business requirements and be able to map them to technology solutions and make them work
• Design and build modern solutions informed by a deep understanding of cloud architecture and how distributed systems operate at scale
• Provide regular support and guidance to teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution 
• Establish and enforce best development and engineering practices including QA and DevOps
• Lead and manage your own team, but also get down to coding, testing, and designing solutions as and when needed
• Communicate effectively with teams, clients and business leaders within the company

• Minimum 6+ years of experience designing and building full stack applications using UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue.JS and backend frameworks like Node.JS/ExpressJS or Python/Django/Flask or Laravel/Yii2/Symphony
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Lead mentoring team of 3 to 5 developers
• Strong knowlegde of cloud and distributed systems (AWS, GCP, Azure). Cloud certifications would be an added advantage.
• Deep knowledge of relational databases, SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with Graph databases like Neo4j is desirable.
• Proficient in Git and CI-CD frameworks
• Strong communicator with visual, verbal, and writing skills to clearly articulate complex design problems and solutions
• Ability to work in an agile environment
