Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation & micro-interactions towards designing for consumer-focused products.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, After Effects, Protopie, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interactive motion design projects.
• Decent knowledge of how Lottie animations work.
• A keen sense of design with a focus on the consumer's perspective.

Crafting Stunning Interactions/Animations:

• Design animations and micro-interactions for products to enhance usability, engagement & user delight.
• Collaborate with fellow designers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals. Further integrate the motion design seamlessly into the overall user experience.
• Proactively initiate efforts to enhance various facets of the product experience. Innovation & Ownership
• Conceptualize original ideas that simplify & enhance user delight, especially in the face of complex design challenges.
• Take ownership and be at the forefront of the motion design across features in the consumer app. Prototyping
