We are seeking a dynamic and confident HR professional to manage our staffing division. This full-time role serves as a key HR partner responsible for driving policy adherence, ensuring strong compliance practices, and supporting business and operations leaders through effective people management and HR governance.
I Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
HR Operations Management
- Lead all aspects of end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration and Workday compliances
- Lead compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and develop HR processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Work closely with Dept Heads/leaders, Legal, employment law team in the handling of employee relations issues and successfully conduct investigations, as needed.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations matters. Support and guide managers through sensitive ER cases, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns.
- Develop a positive, inclusive work environment that supports innovation and agility.
- Lead employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Will be part of the team to lead employment branding initiative.
Performance & Analytics
- Develop and lead performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
- Apply HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making. Overall Collaborate with all the team members to align HR strategies with organizational goals and support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR / Business Administration (mandatory); MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
- Skills: Sound knowledge of labor laws and regional HR compliance, strong analytical mindset, skilled in conflict management and problem-solving, and proficiency in HRMS tools (SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Behavioral: Self-driven, ability to work independently in a field-heavy role, with strong Business Acumen and Stakeholder Management skills.
II Experience
· Nature of Experience: A candidate with experience in a similar background, preferably from a global staffing company, would be ideal.
· Length of Experience: 8+ Years
