Job Role:

Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services. Utilize engineering knowledge to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive sales quotations, proposals, andcontracts. Ensure all customer communications are clear, professional, and effective. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and follow up on leads. Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, accounts and logistics teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings. Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, customer interactions, and sales performance. Provide regular updates to senior management.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

·       Having E2E responsibility for Azure landscape of our customers

·       Managing to code release and operational tasks within a global team with a focus on automation, maintainability, security and customer satisfaction

·       Make usage of CI/CD framework to rapidly support lifecycle management of the platform

·       Acting as L2-L3 support for incidents, problems and service request

·       Work with various Atos and 3rd party teams to resolve incidents and implement changes

·       Implement and drive automation and self-healing solutions to reduce toil

·       Enhance error budgets and hands on design and development of solutions to address reliability issues and/or risks

·       Support ITSM processes and collaborate with service management representatives

Job Requirements

·       Azure Associate certification or equivalent knowledge level

·       5+ years of professional experience

·       Experience with Terraform and/or native Azure automation

·       Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and toolset (i.e. Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git)

·       Must be adaptable to work in a varied, fast paced exciting, ever changing environment

·       Good analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues

·       Understanding of Agile development and SCRUM concepts a plus

·       Experience with Kubernetes architecture and tools a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Computer science graduates would be preferred

2. Should have at least 1 year of experience as a software developer in ReactJS

3. Should be a contributor to the software development process and part of an software team

4. Can keep up to date with developments in (open source) frontend libraries, frameworks, and software development practices

5. In-depth knowledge of ReactJS, Redux, Flux, and JavaScript (ES6)

6. In-depth knowledge of Express.js and Node.js

7. Should have been working on React for at least 12 months (90% of the time)

8. Good problem-solving skills

9. Experience in Mongoose & MongoDB is a plus

10. Experience with the testing frameworks for JavaScript is a plus

11. Experience with JS module bundlers like Web Pack & Rollup

12. Experience with Babel as a compiler

13. Experience with agile software development techniques is a plus

• Clear understanding of end to end communication of service calls via API Gateway/Service Mesh/Service Registry

• Have 8 - 12  years of professional experience in software development.
• Extensive experience with modern open source systems including relational / non relational data stores and bigdata processing
• Experience with AWS stack, at least the common datastores and services 
• Experience with containerization technologies and concepts including Docker
• Basic knowledge about security concepts and secure coding
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Experience leading projects developed across continents.

Great to have Experience and Qualifications 

• Knowledge of machine learning concepts, and some hands-on experience implementing machine learnt models
