About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Dart Developer with a backend-heavy architecture (Node.js) to join our team on a contractual basis.

This role goes beyond basic UI development — we need someone who understands the complexities of security, caching, APIs, SQL, server-side rendering, performance tuning, and scalable backend architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop high-performance cross-platform apps using Flutter & Dart.
• Translate complex UI/UX into responsive mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend (Node.js) teams to deliver scalable features.
• Implement caching, security, SQL, and performance optimization strategies.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party libraries.
• Conduct code reviews and support junior developers.
• Stay updated on emerging mobile/backend technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 5+ Years in Mobile Development, 3+ Years with Flutter & Dart.
• Strong knowledge of state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
• Hands-on experience in Node.js for backend development.
• Expertise in API design, SQL, caching, offline storage, security, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and app deployment on iOS & Android.
• Familiarity with native mobile development (Kotlin/Java or Swift/Obj-C) is a plus.
• Proficient in Git and Agile methodologies with excellent problem-solving skills.

Role Overview: We are looking for a versatile Graphic and Video Editor proficient in graphic design tools and video editing software. The candidate will create both static and motion visual content as per brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives as per brand guidelines using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, etc.
• Edit videos on an as-needed basis as per brand guidelines using tools such as Adobe Premiere, iMovie, etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand creative needs and deliver visually appealing content..
• Play a significant role in the brand’s growth by taking leadership for all creative output of the brand, along with maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in softwares and tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, CorelDRAW, iMovie, Figma, etc.
• Strong desire to excel and passion for creative work with an eye for attention to detail.
• Inclination to learn about principles of brand strategy & storytelling to be able to support brand growth. 
• Minimum 6-12 months of experience preferably with a consumer D2C brand, but freshers with strong portfolios and training are welcome to apply

• 8+ years experience of working in a Computer Software Engineer or Software Developer position
• 3+ years experience leading a team of developers
• Significant experience in developing web applications
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies 1
• Good experience in designing interactive applications with test-driven development
• Experience with Go, React, AWS, React Native, Python
• Experience documenting requirements and specifications
• Close familiarity with software engineering tools, software development methodology, and release processes
• B.E/B.Tech or any equivalent degree

• Serve as a technical expert for Workday (primarily) and other HR business systems. 

• Oversee and maintain business process configuration, inbound and outbound integrations, and security

• Create and maintain advanced reports and web services to enable data-driven decision making across the enterprise, with end-user visibility both inside and outside of Workday

• At least three years’ recent experience in HRIS or HR Operations
• Workday experience required, with a strong emphasis on security, reporting, and business process configuration. Need expertise on  Advanced compensation, absence, talent / performance experience and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) is a huge plus.

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail

• Experience with Agile development principle and methods, specifically with scrum and sprint
• Ability to build and maintain credibility by knowing the business and aligning HR systems support to the priorities of the business.
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write, execute and maintain test automation scripts using Java/Javascript – Web/API/DB.

• Experience in Agile Methodologies

• Knowledge of In-Sprint Automation

• Have working experience in Automated API Testing

• Design and implementation Experience in Test Strategy

• Write, maintain and execute regression and sanity automation test suite – per build/on demand

• Design data driven tests and fetch the data from API calls/ different Databases(Like MySQL, Oracle, Mongo)

• Attend daily scrum calls, update status

• Good to have Design and Implementation Experience in Test Automation Framework

• Good to have TDD implementation using Mocha or Jest

• Good to have Experience in IOS Automation Testing.

• Interact and collaborate with cross functional teams and understand the business requirements

• Technical Skills:

• 4+ years experience in Automation using Java/Javascript

• Should be Strong in oops concepts

• Strong Knowledge /experience in API and UI framework

• Experience in GIT, CI/CD Jobs development and implementation
