Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Head at Aaizel Tech who can lead and manage the organisation’s human resources and administrative functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal capabilities who can build robust HR frameworks, ensure compliance, and foster a high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals

2. Payroll & Compliance Management

4. HR Operations & Policy Development
• Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices

• Oversee end-to-end administrative operations, including office management and workplace experience
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and service delivery (housekeeping, security, IT assets, etc.)

Title: Salesforce Solution Architect (Classic to Lightning Migration)
Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead AvalonBay’s transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning. This role is responsible for designing scalable, user-friendly solutions using native Salesforce capabilities, reducing custom technical debt, and enabling a unified associate experience across resident services and call center teams.
Key Responsibilities:
● Own the end-to-end migration strategy from Classic to Lightning.
● Redesign data model (replace custom objects with standard Lead/Opportunity where
applicable).
● Configure Lightning features: Dynamic Forms, Lightning Pages, Flows, Omni-Channel.
● Recommend and implement AppExchange solutions where needed.
● Collaborate with developers, admins, and QA to deliver incremental releases.

Qualifications:
