About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEO
who can manage schedules, coordinate communication, and provide seamless
administrative and executive support. This role requires professionalism,
discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including travel schedules
• Coordinate and book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
• Schedule meetings with the Business Head and other senior stakeholders
• Arrange meetings with bankers (virtual via Zoom and in-person)
• Provide executive and administrative support to the CEO, including:
o Coordinating cabin readiness
o Managing lunch, tea, and housekeeping arrangements
• Prepare, record, and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoM)
• Create and deactivate Pan-India email IDs as required
• Act as a key coordination point between internal teams and external
partners
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
• Strong working knowledge of Outlook, email communication, and
scheduling tools
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Confident, professional, and presentable
