District Sales Manager

Key Responsibilites

1. Administrave Support

 Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

 Handle travel arrangements: flights, hotels, visas, transporation.

 Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-up actions.

 Draft emails, letters, reports, and presentations.

 Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).

2. Communication & Coordination

 Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

 Manage incoming calls, messages, and correspondence.

 Coordinate with different departments for updates, approvals, and deadlines.

3. Office & Task Management

 Track daily tasks, priorites, and deadlines for the executive.

 Support in planning events, meetings, conferences.

 Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and vendor coordina on.

 Ensure the executive’s office is organized and functioning efficiently.

4. Project & Follow-up Support

 Monitor ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables.

 Conduct research and prepare summaries or briefings.

 Assist in data collec on, documentation, and presentations for meetings.

5. Confidential Support

 Maintain strict confidenality of sensitive information.

 Handle personal tasks when required (top zonal based on role requirement).

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

 2–5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office

 Excellent me management and organizational abilities.

 Ability to multi task, work under pressure, and prioritize effectively.

 Professional appearance and behaviour.

 High level of discretion and integrity.

Preferred Skills

 Knowledge of office management systems.

 Experience in working with senior executives or in fast-paced environments.

 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Work Environment

 Office-based role (with occasional travel if required).

 Availability beyond office hours when necessary for urgent tasks.

Job Post Description :

· At least 3 to 4 years experience in Compositing tools like AFTER EFFECTS and Editing tools like Adobe Premier.

· Working experience in Maya 3D will be valuable.

· As senior resource taking the responsibility in compositing and VFX (Motion Graphics) the animation basis the storyboard and script requirements. Mentor the junior team members.

Job Responsibility: -

· Excellent Visualization and planning experience for compositing animations/videos.

· Camera tracking, Matte generation, Color Corrections.

· Use of Motion Graphics, templates and plug-ins for After Effects.

· Knowledge of film resolution & aspect ratios.

· Knowledge of MAYA Dynamics will be added advantage.

· Sound design Aesthetics.
· WORK DEMO / PORTFOLIO REQUIRED.

Additional Information:

Responsible for overall, management of all statutory compliances with documentation

1. Working on data, reconciliation statements for assessments, audits etc

1. Preparation & Submission of Monthly/periodical compliance MIS and statements, financial reports as may be required or prescribed.

1. Responsible for preparation and management of books of accounts, accounts finalization.

1. Preparation and review of Financial Statements as per Ind As, audit co-ordination

Experience: CA with 5-6 years

• This requirement is for an Inside Sales Experienced Professional

• Must have experience working with Customers with India/MEA/USA markets

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and applications.

• Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead or prospect information

• Track and record opportunities into CRM daily; maintain a clean pipeline daily

• Work closely with the demand generation team to ensure quality and feedback,

• Qualify leads based on BANT parameters, Send proposal, Demo and take the deal to closure

• Understand target customers business needs, and accurately articulate OneDirects' value proposition at all level

Experience: 6+ Years

Essential Skills & Experience

• Must to have minimum of 3 years of experience in using Angular 2+ and above versions.
• Develop modern software applications and working with the team to solution definition and guide teams through execution and implementation
• Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
• Must have experience for writing tested, idiomatic, and documented Angular, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Must have knowledge of OOP concepts, industry best practices and architecture designs.
• Must have good understanding of web technology/enterprise level applications.
• Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself
• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
• Communicating with external web services
• Experience should include structured source code management using SVN or GIT and build using MAVEN/Grunt.
• Good to have backend experience in any one of the backend technologies mentioned below:
  • Java with Spring boot.
  • PHP
• Need to have good experience in Web application designing.
• Good to have experience in Agile methodology.

Nice to Have

• Experience with web servers like Nginx or NodeJS
• Basic awareness of cloud orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes/Docker
• Understanding of Unit Testing Frameworks
