SAP Testing

We are seeking a SAP Functional Consultant with experience in SAP S/4HANA and core manufacturing and supply chain processes, including Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM).

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of SAP processes, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work closely with business and technology teams to support SAP implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities across MM, PP, QM, and PM modules.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and assist in translating them into SAP solutions.

• Configure and support business processes including:

o Materials Management and Procurement

o Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations

o Quality Management

o Plant Maintenance

o Inventory Management

o Master Data Management

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, migration, and support projects.

• Assist in fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design activities.

• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.

• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment validation.

• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and user guides.

• Support go-live activities, hypercare, and post-production support.

• Work closely with business users to troubleshoot issues and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of SAP functional consulting experience.

• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following SAP modules:

o SAP Materials Management (MM)

o SAP Production Planning (PP)

o SAP Quality Management (QM)

o SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, and maintenance business processes.

• Experience supporting requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

• Exposure to SAP Ariba and procurement processes.

• Experience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration initiatives.

• SAP certification in MM, PP, QM, PM, or S/4HANA.

• Experience working in manufacturing, life sciences, medical devices, consumer products, or supply chain-intensive industries.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using UiPath Studio (Testing Profile) for Workday and Coupa applications
2. Build and execute regression test suites covering Workday HCM core, Talent & Performance Management, Advanced Compensation, Payroll/Benefits, and Recruiting modules
3. Build and execute regression and functional test suites for Coupa modules including Procurement (P2P), Sourcing, Invoicing, and Supplier Management
4. Validate business-critical configurations and custom workflows before and after Workday's bi-annual releases (Release Assessment / Feature Impact Testing)
5. Use UiPath Test Manager for test case management, requirement traceability, and execution reporting
6. Configure and schedule test executions via UiPath Orchestrator, including unattended and scheduled test sets
7. Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across UI and API layers for both applications
8. Log, track, and manage defects to closure; collaborate with functional/HRIS, procurement, and development teams to reproduce and resolve issues
9. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines where applicable
10. Maintain test data, environment readiness, and reusable object/component libraries

2Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of overall QA / test automation experience, with at least 2+ years hands-on on UiPath Test Suite (Studio – Testing Profile, Test Manager, Orchestrator)

3Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using UiPath Studio (Testing Profile) for enterprise SaaS/ERP applications.

4Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience building and maintaining automated regression suites for enterprise SaaS/ERP applications, covering functional, integration, and regression testing across UI and API layers.

5Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience using UiPath Test Manager (test case management, requirement traceability, execution reporting) and UiPath Orchestrator (configuring/scheduling test sets, unattended execution)

6Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have experience logging, tracking, and managing defects to closure, and maintaining test data, environment readiness, and reusable object/component libraries.

7Mandatory (Tech skill 1): Must have working knowledge of Workday functional areas — HCM core, Compensation (including Advanced Compensation), Talent & Performance — sufficient to design meaningful test scenarios

8Mandatory (Tech skill 2): Must have working knowledge of Coupa modules — Requisitioning / Procurement (P2P), Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Sourcing, or Supplier Management.

9Mandatory (Tech skill 3): Must have basic API testing skills (Postman / REST) and SQL for data validation.

10Mandatory (Communication): Must have good communication skills to work with cross-functional HRIS, procurement, and IT teams

11Mandatory (Note): Candidates able to join within 10–15 days will be eligible for a joining bonus of up to 20% of their monthly salary,

12Preferred: Experience validating configurations before/after Workday's bi-annual releases (Release Assessment / Feature Impact Testing); integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
