Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This role is perfect for fresher’s who are passionate about sales, business development, and the digital space. As a BDE, you will have the opportunity to learn about website development, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Research and identify potential clients in need of website development services.
• Reach out to prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media (LinkedIn, etc.).
• Assist in building a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team.

Client Communication:

• Communicate with potential clients to understand their website development needs and business objectives.
• Provide information about our services, including custom website development, e-commerce solutions, and digital marketing.

Assisting in Proposals:

• Help in creating simple proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Work with senior team members to prepare and send out pricing models, service contracts, and project timelines.

Collaboration & Support:

• Collaborate with senior sales and marketing teams to understand the company’s offerings and refine messaging.
• Assist in managing client relationships and ensure smooth transitions between pre-sales and project execution phases.

Learning & Development:

• Participate in training sessions to gain a deeper understanding of website development, sales processes, and client handling.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the web development industry and digital marketing to effectively pitch services.

Sales Reporting:

• Maintain and update lead details, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Provide daily/weekly reports on the status of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Business, Marketing, or IT-related).

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen interest in learning about website development, e-commerce, and digital services.
• Good understanding of basic business concepts and sales processes.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute positively to achieving goals.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Tools: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools is a plus.

Fresher’s Welcome: No prior experience required – just a passion for sales, business development, and the digital space!

Preferred Skills (Optional, but nice to have):

• Basic knowledge of website development (e.g., understanding of platforms like WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
• Exposure to social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Internship experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

TrueFan is a celebrity-fan experience platform that enables fans to connect with their favorite celebrities. The business runs on a mobile application where fans compete in an online quiz contest designed on the life of their favorite celebrity (their movies, trivia, facts, etc.) and the winners get a personalized video message from them.

We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Responsibilities

• Designing, deploying, and managing web and mobile applications that can run on multiple platforms.
• Utilizing React Native to design and develop UI components for web and mobile apps based on JavaScript.
• Writing effective, scalable, and reusable JavaScript code can help create interchangeable front-end modules.
• Improving front-end performance by diagnosing and fixing all system errors and bugs.
• Collaborating with design, development, and customer service teams to properly understand client requirements and build top-notch apps within the stipulated time and budget.
• Using other JavaScript libraries (like “Redux”) to make asynchronous API calls and enhance website/mobile app performance.
• Creating plans to transition React-based web and mobile apps to React Native.

Requirements

• Possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience in React Native.
• Should have a good working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• You are well-versed in all aspects of JavaScript.
• Experience in leading a team is preferred.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of UI/UX designs and wireframes.
• You possess an expert-level understanding of React.js and its fundamentals.

Job Description

As a technical writer, you will work on creating clear and concise guides for Testsigma customers, partners, and developers. You will be responsible for communicating complex information in an easily understood manner, without relying on jargon. Your role will involve collaborating with fellow writers and internal business partners (such as product managers, UI designers, and software development engineers) to strategize, participate in content development and quality governance efforts, and develop content for our ecosystem. 

Responsibilities

• Builds high-quality, rich technical content in easy-to-understand plain, clear and simple language.
• Develops a solid understanding of the product to try, code, test out and also simulate user’s behavior for videos.
• Works with design, product, and engineering team to create great documentation for all Testsigma products
• Don’t shy away from setting up the IDEs and debugging a few lines of the code.
• Be comfortable with handling shifting priorities and pivoting when required.
• Review content in terms of logical flow and completeness of document.
• Standardize documentation process across the organization

Requirements

• 1 year of Dev/Testing/Automation experience 
• Have an understanding of computer science or automation testing fundamentals.
• 2-4 years of experience in building technical documentation, API documents, or technical content for SaaS companies.
• Excellent skills in grammar, minimalist documentation design, and effective information architecture.
• Experience writing, editing, researching, and planning software documentation.
• Sound knowledge of version control (Git), software development lifecycle, DevOps(Jenkins), and testing practices.
