Job description:
Want to build India's largest and most delighted community of career counsellors and micro-entrepreneurs in the career guidance space? India has 1.4 million lesser career counsellors than it should given the demand for career guidance across students and working professionals. Solve this problem with us. We're looking for sales super stars.
Role & responsibilities
- Calling leads received in our sales funnel - 8th-12th Students, Parents, College Graduates, Working Professionals
- Understanding their top career challenges and introducing the most relevant solutions from the Mentoria suite of #CareerReady products
- Moving clients down the sales funnel to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
- Educating customers on the importance of career guidance and mentorship
- Profitable revenue growth through upselling and referrals
