Business Development Associate - B2C

We are looking for an energetic D2C Sales Associate to drive direct sales and manage customer relationships. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers discover our healthy, Sattvic product range.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Manage incoming leads and drive conversions through WhatsApp, phone, and direct channels.
• Customer Engagement: Educate customers on our product benefits (Sattvic, preservative-free, millet-based) and recommend the right products (e.g., Utsav Packs, Upvas Packs).
• Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end order process from inquiry to delivery coordination, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Feedback: Gather customer feedback to help improve our offerings and service.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in D2C sales, retail, or customer support (Food/FMCG background is a plus).
• Strong communication skills (English & Telugu preferred).
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking orders.
• Passion for healthy, traditional food products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Web API.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers and UI/UX designers to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Work with MSSQL databases, writing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and ensuring data integrity.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and help improve overall application performance.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC with at least 2 years of hands-on project experience.
• Solid working knowledge of ASP.NET Core to build modern web applications.
• Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Comfortable working with .NET Framework versions 4.5 and above.
• Experience building and consuming ASP.NET Web APIs.
• Hands-on experience with MSSQL, including TSQL, complex queries, indexing, and optimization.

Soft Skills & Communication:

JOB LOCATION- NAVSARI-

- Coordinate project management activities, projects, people, communications

- Handle customer communications through emails, tickets and conference calls

- Serve as the project coordinator, maintaining timelines and ensuring accurate delivery dates.

- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

- Monitor and report on the progress of project to all stakeholders especially our customers

   Work with stakeholders (Product teams, Partners, UI/UX teams & Vendors) to create right architecture for large scale, large volume consumer facing applications

4. Ensure that systems are architected to be secure and resilient through the effective application of security and Business Continuity principles
5. Lead the definition and validation of architecture principles and standards

ROLE REQUIREMENTS :

- Good knowledge of Teamcenter Data Model & BMIDE configuration

- Strong experience in Configuration and Administration of one or many Teamcenter modules like Access Manager, Organization, Query Builder, Workflow Designer, Structure Manager, Change Management, Preferences, Stylesheets and Classification

- Configuring CAD Managers

- Experience in SAP/ERP Integration using T4S or T4EA configuration experience preferred

- Import/Export Administration (Like PLMXML) preferred

- Good knowledge of Teamcenter & AWC Architecture. Hands-on installation experience on 4 tier, AWC & Dispatcher preferred

- Configure & Build solutions on Teamcenter to meet business process and customer requirements.

- Responsible for delivery of technical solution that spans Teamcenter and integrations with Teamcenter.

- Good understanding of Product Life Cycle Management concepts and their application in the area of Mechanical Design, Manufacturing process management, Bill of Materials, Document Management, Product change/configuration management and collaborative product development

- Experience of performing deployment in non-production & production environments preferred

- Able to prepare deployment & user document

- Provide training on Teamcenter to users
