• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar preferred
• Knowledge of IT services or software development lifecycle is a plus

Product photographers and videographers:

· Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs

· Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously

· Creative experience in filmmaking and videography

· Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with clients and the ability to bring them to life

· Experience editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music and transitions

· Proficient in creating concept boards and other visual representations of planned edits for video projects

· Excellent communication skills are required to have a solid understanding of project scope and implementation

· Ability to collaborate well with other creative professionals to supply clients with top-notch finalized products

· Capture Action on Camera

· Videographers record important events using camera, lighting, and audio equipment.

· Videographers direct people to capture specific action and events for the camera

• Minimum 8+ years of experience working in a IT environment of which 5+ years as a  product manager/Product Owner for a web/mobile product
• Experience working with business, technical and external stakeholders to elicit inputs to draft out roadmaps
• Excellent communication skills ( written, verbal, presentation) 
• ability to create and present product roadmaps 
• Ability to breakdown the roadmap into Epics, detailed user stories, create backlog items. 
• Must be able to communicate business requirements to tech teams 
• Must be able to work in a team and also independently 
• experience in mobile game design will also be considered Extremely good when it comes to understanding usability issues and creating mock-up screens High intelligence, ability to conduct 
• Coding languages (ex: Java, Reactjs)  is a plus
• strong market research and come up with a well-articulated business plan Should be in regular touch with the latest happenings in the technology world Outstanding

• Demonstrated ability to analyze business issues across multiple domains

• A self-starter with prior experience leading UI design on a product team and great attention to detail.
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with CTO and product team.
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
• Identify and trouble shoot UX problems.
• You'll create functional and appealing features that will address our users needs and help us grow our customer base.
• 5+ years of proven experience as UX/UI designer with sound knowledge of wireframe tools
