District Sales Manager

About the Role

This is a high-impact technical role focused on the "engine room" of finance and procurement. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical health of D365 Finance & Operations, ensuring that customizations are performant, integrations are seamless, and the system supports complex accounting needs across multiple legal entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Development: Build and customize D365 F&O solutions using X++, Extensions, and Workflows.
• Module Support: Develop technical components specifically for GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Accounting.
• Reporting & Data: Design SSRS reports, manage batch jobs, and handle complex data migrations.
• Integration: Build and maintain OData/REST integrations to connect D365 with external systems.
• Collaboration: Partner with Functional Consultants to turn business requirements into clean, scalable code.
• Quality Control: Perform code reviews in Azure DevOps and ensure best practices for system security.

Requires Technical Skills

• Languages & Tools: Expert-level X++, MorphX, and Visual Studio development.
• Environment Management: Strong hands-on experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services) and Azure DevOps.
• Data Management: Proficiency with Data Entities, OData, and REST APIs for integrations.
• Frameworks: Mastery of the D365 Extension framework (avoiding overlayering).
• Reporting: Advanced knowledge of SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services). Good to Have / Preferred
• Global Exposure: Experience with APAC implementation projects or global rollouts.

Qualification

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: At least one full lifecycle implementation of D365 F&O from start to finish.
• Financial Literacy: A strong understanding of accounting concepts (ledger posting, tax, etc.) makes a technical consultant much more effective.
• Third-Party Integrations: Experience connecting D365 to external banking or payroll platforms.
• Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operation.

- Product Delivery

- Partner with product managers to define and execute on the feature roadmap

- Translate business requirements into scalable and extensible design

- Coordinate with various cross functional teams on planning and execution

- Maintaining automated build / test / deployment environments

Qualifications

- Software Engineering

- Should have at least 4 years of hands on experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying

applications on Java, Ruby, Kotlin, Python, Node or Go for large scale applications

- Deep knowledge of one of the programming language they have experience in

- Proficient in OOP and Design Patterns, experience with functional programming would be a plus

- Data modelling experience in Relational Databases

- Ability to design and implement low latency RESTful services

- Product Delivery

- Ability to scope, review and refine user stories for technical completeness and to alleviate dependency

risks.

- Well versed in working with agile methodologies which includes phases such as design, development,

code review, testing and release management

- Ability to have worked in a CI/CD environment, with hands on experience with Git or any similar source

code management tools

- Experience troubleshooting server performance issues such as memory tuning, GC tuning, resource leaks

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming along with various design and architectural patterns.
• Hands on experience with JMS, JPA, Spring (MVC, Boot & Cloud preferred) & Hibernate.
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful.  Experience with Presentation Layer (JSP/Servlets), JS Frameworks (Angular, jQuery, react, etc.).
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes and experience with both external and embedded databases. Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Ant, Maven, and Gradle; continuous integration.
• Knowledge in xml based mappings, SAML, rest clients, CAS authentication and Jetty.
• Knowledge of Apache Camel and Kafka and Drools Rule Engine is preferred.
