Salesforce Admin certification, ServiceMax 101 and ServiceMax 201 certifications required.

8+ years working in Salesforce ServiceMax Administrator and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices Salesforce ServiceMax & Service Cloud experience is required.

Experience on full-cycle implementation of ServiceMax Experience on designing solutions within the ServiceMax platform and Salesforce Salesforce analytics configuration experience is required Salesforce flow configuration experience is required Understand data integrations between various enterprise applications (e.g. SAP).

Experience with JIRA Projects and Service Management system is desirable. Proven experience with developing and implementing ServiceMax solutions such as Depot Repair and Factory Repair processes.

Hands-on experience building SFMs, Inventory management, Preventative Maintenance, Work Execution Hands-on Experience with Contracts, Warranties, Entitlements Management.

We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, 

specializing in Payroll and Time and Labor and Fast Formula creation. This role involves 

collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring 

data integrity, system efficiency, and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design and implement technical solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM with a focus on 

maintaining data integrity and optimal system performance.

 Should be able to debug production payroll issues and provide resolutions.

 Should be able to debug production Time and Labor issues and provide resolutions.

 Leverage tools such as HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher to execute 

seamless data loading, reporting, and extraction processes.

 Collaborate with end-users to verify that technical components align with specified 

business needs and are defect-free.

 Develop and conduct thorough unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure technical 

components are robust and reliable.

 Resolve any identified issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Technical Expertise:

 Utilize in-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, data model, and 

associated technical components.

 Engage in complex Fast Formula development to support bespoke client requirements.

 Functional skills to support Payroll and Time and Labor modules.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

 A minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle HCM Implementation.

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred technical expertise:

 Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas, Payroll and OTL Support

Required Capabilities:-

Primary Skills: .Net Core, ReactJS, Azure (Azure, Key Vault , Azure Function, Azure service bus, Azure Blob storage, Cosmos, App insights, App services)

• Significant software development experience in front-end, back-end, and cloud automation.
• Agile team experience, following best practices for architecture, design, and testing with high code quality.

ROLE SUMMARY:

• Our growing company is seeking to hire a Scrum Master who will be able to contribute to our Project Function team in organizing our ongoing and new projects. This task involves facilitating the cross-functional teams in executing the principles of Agile, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and is responsible for removing the impediments that are preventing the teams from completing the work.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum/KANBAN practices
• 2. Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible
• 3. Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
• 4. Responsible for ensuring Scrum/KANBAN is understood and the team adheres to Scrum/KANBAN theory, practice, and guidelines.
• 5. Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
• 6. Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
• 7. Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

As a data engineer at Recko, you will:

1. Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture,

Job Summary
The candidate serves sellers by helping them to set up an online Shop on Etsy.com platform over the phone. They inform sellers about Etsy policies, charges, documents required and guide and help them technically to set up the shop on Etsy

Responsibilities and Duties
Helps to set up Etsy shop or accounts, obtains leads through various sources like by internet surfing or by cold calling in different markets or locality, and establishes new Etsy accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential sellers

Focuses to scale up sellers GMS (gross merchandise sale) through sales efforts from the executive's end by studying existing and potential Etsy Sellers.

Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call / Meetings reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Resolves sellers complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
