Primary Customer-Facing Responsibilities:
- Handle technical service and support tickets efficiently, acting as the first point of contact over chat, email, and phone support.
- Empower customers to become proficient users through education and support.
- Document customer interactions in the ticket tracking system.
- Proactively follow up to ensure all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Analysis and Critical Thinking:
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of client products, the ticketing and chat systems and as well other tools and systems required for the successful troubleshooting and resolution of customer’s technical issues
- Conduct thorough investigations to fully understand user issues, employing effective probing techniques.
Problem Solving:
- Provide accurate information and solutions for client software products or services.
- Offer alternative solutions when necessary, guiding users through the resolution process.
Post-Resolution Follow-Up:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and updating customer status before case closure.
Client and Operational Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with team leads and managers for guidance on escalated cases.
- Record detailed events and problem resolutions in system logs.
- Forward customer feedback and suggestions to the relevant internal teams.
- Propose process and knowledge resource improvements.
- Participate actively in team meetings and maintain effective communication with internal teams.
- Report to client leads and managers as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in help desk and software product technical support.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of computer operating systems, software, and hardware.
- Preferred experience with any scripting language or basic
- understanding of API.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and other business software.
- Own a desktop/laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Demonstrated proactive, learning-oriented approach with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Ability to work with automated translators and utilize AI driven writing tools (Deepl) is preferable

Position Summary
As an experienced Business Faculty Member (LINC Fellow), the candidate will serve students in Masters-level programs studying at premier Australian universities. LINC Fellows will be the single point-of-contact for the unit-in-charge for student academic matters.
- The role will be part time (15-20 hours per week) with scheduled weekend availability.
- LINC Fellows will be “actively engaged” when a unit (subject) is assigned. A unit will range from 7 to 14 weeks at a time.
- LINC Fellows are required to provide 2-3 hrs each afternoon (between noon to 5pm) every day when they are supporting students.
- Candidate will have flexibility to work from location of his/her convenience.

Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure Smooth onboarding of 15-20 new clients according to SEO Roadmap
Perform and Implement 15-20 new website audits per month
Plan ongoing SEO Strategy for 200 websites per month based on company’s guidelines
Diligently complete all monthly activities as per SEO road map for new and existing client and report
Actively monitor and improve SEO rankings and website performance of 100+ clients and immediately catch any sudden ranking drops in rankings or any other website issues as they happen
Oversee and QA all SEO activity (backlinks, social, rankings, citations, ppc, audits, content) as per company guidelines
Come up with “Unique strategies” for 50 struggling clients every month (Booster List)
Monitor online visibility and performance for 100-200 sites per month
Ensure all client reports (backlinks, social, rankings, citations, ppc, audits) are updated, ready and organised by the 28th of each month
Oversee and manage SEO Reporting for 200 websites and ensure documentation as per company guidelines
Prepare monthly report of all SEO/internet marketing related updates and present to stakeholders using skype
