1. New Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, including individual investors and financial advisors, through various channels. Generate high-quality leads, conduct market research, and convert leads into paying customers. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of MProfit's wealth-tech solutions.
2. Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve individual and team sales targets. Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and progress using our CRM systems. Continuously update and prioritize leads to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects. Implement effective sales strategies to accelerate the sales cycle.
3. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Engage in regular client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations. Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell MProfit's products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
4. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the customer service team, marketing team and other internal stakeholders to align sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall growth of MProfit. Provide valuable feedback from clients to enhance product features and market positioning. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques.

Job Role:
· Answer user communication/queries via emails live chats, and calls
· Ensure minimum turnaround time for resolving user queries & complaints
· Deliver best in class service in the friendliest and timely manner
· Suggest process & product improvements based on user feedback
· Assist the team in reporting & analysis
Qualifications
· 2+ years’ experience in customer service specializing in Inbound/Outbound support, ideally from an internet start-up/e-commerce background
· Excellent proficiency in Tamil, Malayam, and English
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· An understanding of the 'Customer First' principle and committed to consistently delivering high-quality customer support

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client.
Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well.
Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.
Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services.
Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship.
Internship Duration - 6 months
Stipend- 5000 INR per month

We are looking for individuals comfortable in building things from scratch and interacting with founders/entrepreneurs. Exposure to SAAS/tech industries will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own customer relationship end to end and maintain ongoing conversation with the clients for continuous feedback
- Establish processes for reducing integration timelines and increasing transparency
- Maintain an advisory role in helping customers get more value from Xpresslane products
- Upsell and cross-sell new product features/products from Xpresslane
- Collaborate with all departments in identifying right solution for customer concerns
- Track the customer conversion metrics
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
- Bonus - experience working with eCommerce sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work across functions in and outside the company
- Self-starter and multi-tasker
