Role Purpose:
The Education Counselor will provide comprehensive counseling services to guide students in finding institutions that are a good fit for their career and educational goals. This includes delivering accurate information and advice on study opportunities, local education systems, cultures, and geographic regions. The Counselor will assist with application documentation, facilitate enrollments, and promote EmpowerEdu's products and services.
Key Accountabilities:
- Pipeline Management: Drive achievement of pipeline goals, customer satisfaction, and advocacy targets through each stage of the student journey. This includes promoting essential student products and services, managing and maintaining leads, and ensuring successful applications.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service to students, families, and education providers throughout the process. Participate in planning activities to build student engagement and deliver information about admissions, processes, and qualification options in an easily understandable manner.
- Proactive Engagement: Regularly engage with students and education providers to maintain relationships and identify referral opportunities.

Required Experience:
- Experience in a sales or customer service-driven environment, with a proven track record of achieving individual and team-based targets.
- Strong understanding of the education sector, including the placement of students into overseas universities, as well as immigration requirements and processes.
