Job Description

The Jr. Pricing Analyst is responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures to recommend optimal pricing strategies. This role works closely with sales, procurement, finance, and product teams to ensure pricing decisions support business objectives, profitability, and competitiveness in the market. Key Responsibilities • Collect, analyze, and interpret pricing data, including competitor analysis, customer demand, and market trends. • Develop, evaluate, and recommend pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness. • Monitor key metrics such as margins, costs, and sales performance to assess the effectiveness of pricing models. • Partner with procurement/sourcing teams to evaluate supplier costs and negotiate pricing terms. • Prepare pricing models, forecasts, and financial scenarios to support business planning and decision-making. • Support sales teams with pricing recommendations and provide guidance during contract negotiations. • Create and maintain pricing databases, tools, and dashboards for internal stakeholders. • Present findings and insights to management, supporting strategic decisions with data-driven analysis. • Stay up to date with industry trends, customer behaviors, and regulatory changes impacting pricing. Qualifications & Skills • Any Bachelor’s degree • Proven experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or business analytics for at least a year. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in Excel. • Knowledge of pricing strategies and cost analysis. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex data insights to non technical stakeholders. • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Senior UI Developer

Role Objectives 

• Participate in complex design and software development tasks within schedule, task, and quality guidelines set in conjunction with the Senior Platform Specialists and Platform Architect
• Hands-on development and implementation of solutions including configuration of platform components and custom development
• Tasks associated with testing and documentation of solution implemented

• Must be capable of coding and unit testing their code

Mandatory skill sets of the Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in XSLT language (XSLT 1.0 + 2.0)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in XML processing (XPath, XSD schema)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Java (v11) and Junit
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Experience working in agile development processes
• Familiarity with code versioning tools Git, JIRA

Other Desired Skills and Experience

• More than 5 Years of experience with Payment Ecosystems
• More than 5 Years of experience in Integration to Banks, Payment Acquirers, PSP’s
• Upon having demonstrated results in this role – responsibility can expand into the product team for developing the core product

SKILLS REQUIRED (Full Stack Developer)

• A person should have sense of ownership, hold accountability for the task allocated with a data-driven and result-driven attitude

• Troubleshoot, test, debug and upgrade software
• Manage and maintain end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and application
